The people were great, it was our 25th anniversary and we were in town for a concert as well. And they did put us away in a quiet part of the Hotel. Maybe too quiet. The cookies were Amazing

The rug, when we got on to our 4th floor, the carpeting was pretty bad. I ended up tripping on it's weird raised up ruffles or just bad condition. I was hoping rhe the hot wouldn't look old and poorly put in ormaintained. And we understand that the breakfasts are amazing at most hotels. But yeah, the gavy for the biscuits was very mid. And the coffee was empty by 8:40. Both of them. And the bacon. I have no clue how the prep it.but it was the sadest bacon I have ever seen,But whatever. I dont expect diamonds. Just wee things that could have been better

Pretty good. Better hot food than we've had in the past at other hotels. Potatoes not over cooked or over seasoned. Larger dining area was nice. We appreciated early entry because of a wedding we were to attend. It was nice to chill after long drive before we were running again. We appreciated a couple extra lamps. Most rooms seem so dark and my husband has very low vision in dark environments. Thank you.

Room was extremely clean & comfortable. We came to your property after leaving a previous booking. Our room at that property was disgusting. It was nice to find your place on short notice with availability!!! We were highly pleased by everything. Staff was great & very professional & ready to help!!! We will definitely book with Hilton properties in the future.

There was nothing negative

The staff were very nice. The wifi was very good. I thought the breakfast was pretty good. I found I really liked the neighborhood they are in, with good restaurants and the Eagle Marsh preserve.

The TV didn't have a really large number of channels. I thought the pillows were the most comfortable in the world.

Convenient to the Interstate, good restaurants.

Needs modernization of the rooms and Building Interior compared to other Hampton Inns that I stay in.

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond the whole time my daughter was in Lutheran! They even made her a card when she was realized. Very impressed and would definitely stay again!

The fitness room had everything I needed for strength training and cardio. I enjoyed time in the shade on the patio while reading my book. The bed was so comfortable and I had the best night sleep.
