Cool room, shower area is realy huge, size of room also very big. The biggest advantage is silence. Also Spa area quiet big, 3 of 4 sauanas was available, 2 pools( 1 termal and 1 regular). Also nice view, possibilities to have a rest on the roof with beautifull view, breakfast was also nice.

Lack of private parking, only couple places in front of hotel.

The hotel and spa are very large and have almost everything you need.

We would have loved a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea as the weather was really cold.

We loved everything. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Swimming pools and other facilities were very easily accessible. Our room was very clean. It is close to the main promenade. We would like to definitely come back again

Great hotel! The two spa/pool areas are really nice and we had a relaxing stay! The staff was very friendly. The room and its bathroom are modern and big.

The details made the difference: bottles of water and biscuits in the room, the checkin procedures comfy at the bar with some drinks, the maid providing us a bigger bathrobe without even asking for it, the freedom to use a very clean swimming pool and jacuzzi all by ourselves

The breakfast is quite simple, not a big choice expecially for vegetarians. I would have appreciate some veg milk/yogurt and more fruits. English language was quite an issue for everyone XD but not a big problem for us, we always find a way to easily communicate

Gorgeous facilities; comfortable and large room with great balcony, large walk-in shower, beautiful pool, several sauna options. Super kind staff at breakfast and good variety at breakfast too.

We were hoping to get a massage, use the thermal baths, etc, but it was very difficult to book treatments at the medical spa. We asked several different staff our first day and couldn't find anyone to book with. The next day we tried again and found a staff person. We greeted her and started to ask a question and she immediately walked away. So, no treatments. We recognize that lots of places are currently understaffed, but if this is the case, a smoother booking process would go a long way.

Clean, great location, good breakfast, comfy and soft linens and bed and most of the facilities were working.

We arrived on time however the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. It took a few staff members to finally provide another room for us about an hour and a half later. If we hadn’t avast we would’ve had to stay in our room. thankfully the hotel had another room available and the staff, although hesitant, was able to provide another room. Some of the facilities were not working. Two dry saunas out of four were not working and the wellness area was under construction.

Excellent WiFi (suitable for some remote work). Excellent location. Very friendly staff in breakfast area.

Billard room was always closed. Breakfast below average (mostly salty). Low quality marmelade. Some fitness room equipments defective. Many indications are only in Czech and russian.
