opening hours of the wellness area and swimming pool are too short, the welcome drink is served only from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., why???

It is a very nice hotel. Friendly stuff and delicious food. We had breakfasts and dinners, both were all you can eat. Spa is gorgeous. Great location, easy to get anywhere.

We couldn't sleep that great, because you can hear everything is happening behind the windows and in hotel. You can here showers and if anyone upstairs flashing the restroom. Cold swimming pool, it says it is 27C, but honestly feels like 17C.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It’s very nice, clean, and has a charming atmosphere. The rooms are cozy and spacious, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is great and varied. We also enjoyed the nice spa area, especially the whirlpool. The surroundings are quiet, with a forest nearby. We stayed in the Annex building, so we had to walk to the main building nearby for the spa and breakfast, but we were aware of this in advance, so it wasn’t a problem. The villa is situated at the top of a hill, so reaching it from the center may be bit challenging for some due to the many stairs. However, it wasn’t an issue for us.

The buffet both for breakfast and dinner was rich and diverse. We also liked the spa area. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked them for additional towels, they were delivered to our room almost immediately.

Our room was located in a different building than the spa area, so when we wanted to go there, we had to walk 50 meters in bathrobes in the cold. They might want to consider investing in a heated tunnel. Furthermore, many spa treatments that are advised on a website were not available for booking during the time of our stay.

This hotel is located in a quiet resort area among ancient villas and parks. Breakfast and access to the spa complex were included in the room rate. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway and bus station. Some shops and cafes/restaurants are located nearby.

The hotel is located in two separate buildings. You have to go outside to get to the restaurant and spa center which is not very convenient in the cold season. There were not much space and lockers in the spa center. On the last day, the entering cards stopped working and we had to ask the maid to open our door.

breakfast was nice with many options, nice location for hiking, room was big, restaurant staff very friendly, for dinner not very many main warm options but always very tasty

cakes for dinner were terrible, it was cut hours before dinner and got dry, smelled after fridge. We stayed 6 days and asked for cleaning after the 3rd night, but cleaning only included emptying the bins, no bed change nothing else,

The lady on reception was especially warm and helpful , even though English wasn't her first language, and the slightly bald man in the restaurant was a lot of fun. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety of choice and I enjoyed trying things that I wouldn't have at home. The building is beautiful and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony that overlooked the cathedral The bed was very comfortable and the linens felt of a high quality

There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room . The food in the evening , although plentiful, was not as good as at breakfast.

Beautiful old building, has real atmosphere! Very comfy mattress and a big airy room. Plentiful buffet breakfast & dinner and nice service in the restaurant (I’m vegan and they always would get/make something for me). Halfboard is the way to go!

The head nurse was rude. My brother had a terrible massage. The spa section had water everywhere as drainage didn’t work well.

Accommodation in annexe, in typical Karlovy Vary arhitecture style. Very spacious clean room with wide views. Within walking distance of centre, although a steep climb on the way back. Restaurant somewhat dated, not super cosy and rather chaotically organised. Breakfast buffet chaotically organised. Breakfast and dinner buffet okay but a bit underwhelming for a 4' star hotel. Price/quality okay.

We liked the location and spa area.

The spa area steam room didn’t produce much steam The breakfast was great for my boyfriend but I requested that they have oat milk for me ahead of time and they only supplied soy(which I am allergic to. The parking lot of the hotel had a broken drain cover that hit the bottom of our car and the buzzer to open the gate was broken so every time we want to take the car we had to make an extra trip downstairs to the lobby. The staff didn’t seem to worry about fixing the problem. The dining rooms are very out dated
