The young gentleman that checked us in was helpful. Staff at the restaurant were friendly.

1 - When we arrived, the gentleman checking us in was unable to find our reservation. I provided him with what I thought was the confirmation number but he said it was the Booking.com confirmation number. Even though I gave him my name, he still didn't see it. He said for whatever reason the Booking.com reservation had my last name first rather than the other way around. Eventually, we were checked in. 2 - The next morning after our midnight check-in, our key cards stopped working. I went to the front desk and the older gentleman proceeded to finish his computer task before ever acknowledging I was standing there.

This was our second year stand. We came in last year for our family reunion and class reunion so yes, stay was wonderful. The staff were great.Yes we will make this our place to stay .

The location of the courtyard is in the great part of town makes it very easy to shop and visit the family.

The room was great! The staff was friendly.

Connecting room would have been great if we were sharing it with family, but we weren't. Our neighbors were a bit loud. You could hear everything.

I booked the Bluebonnet room for a meal from Olive Garden after my moms funeral. It was perfect and the staff at the restaurant were at your hotel were very helpful. We were there on April 13th. Thank you for your help.

It was convenient the pool was open late

It seemed a little outdated- paint chipping in bathroom refrigerator didn’t fit the space and almost fell when trying to open

I stay at this hotel every time I come down to visit my family. Very nice. The staff is friendly. Inside pool and bar. Nice beds. Nice shower. Awesome!

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel as I had other plans. Everything else was fine.
