Customer Service was excellent, patient, and understanding.

Now, it's time to upgrade on the towels and be softer to get them when they are on sale. and a touch-up on paint in it will be back to new. And 1 last thing, it would be great to have a fan in the bathroom and also something to remove the hot steem. Also, info what the wifi password is in the room somewhere. Didn't never receive it or was able to log in due to no internet connection.

It was very quiet. Rhe bed is very comfortable. Definately will be back when we are in the area again!

The floor was dusty and I kept getting sand on my feet when I walked across the floor. But nothing that a swiffer sweeper cloth couldn't handle. These types of floors are really bad with sandy type dirt accumulating....I have these floors myself.

Need breakfast in morning for the price I paid Also we reserved a room we got thr and the room was not available, but they gave us another room so it was good

The room met my needs. I was on a turn around trip to attend a funeral service. The room was clean. The location was convenient. Close to food outlets (Popeyes, McDonald's, and Whataburger). Price was right.

The lady who was working at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She did everything possible to ensure that I was able to successfully rent my room.

It was very close to everything in the business area. Food was very close by, nice park right across the street. Had a few hours of fun there.

The lady that works nights is great! She was bery welcoming and accommodated any issues that arose. I will definitely stay here again.
