The breakfast was wonderful! The staff were all so friendly. It was great Southern hospitality from start to finish. Rooms were very clean. We had a great experience and plan on visiting again!

We did have a problem with the tv remote control. But really no big deal for us.

There were only a couple of breakfast options that fall outside of your typical Continental Breakfast options. The omelets were cold & the bacon was very greasy & so thin you could see through it! We certainly didn’t leave hungry but the could definitely do better

Lebanon is kind of home for me and the hotel extends my homey feel. The staff related not only to me, but other guests like we were family to them. Of which we probably are.

There was not anything I did not like.

The whole place was very clean and staff was nice. Accessibility to everything

Stairs were rough on me (I was 3rd floor) but I had elevator option at other end of the hall

The location was convenient for our travel and was a lovely area.

Dudnt like the breakfast. It was sufficient if you're really hungry and in a hurry but when in Kentucky I wanted grits or gravy! I also didn't like the areas outside where people smoke. It was not kept cleaned up.

Breakfast had a nice selection for a quick bite to eat.

Sliding doors in shower were off the track and one did not slide at all. Lack of hot water for morning shower at 6:30am.

Location was convenient to the distilleries we were visiting during our stay. Hampton Inn is always a good choice! This location has rooms with dual queen beds. The location in Bardstown only has dual double beds, which is why we stayed here.

Property was very clean. Staff was friendly.

Our bed was squeaky. Also, there was a weighted blanket on our bed which kept sliding off onto the floor. The blanket made it difficult for me to sleep as it felt really heavy and I had to keep pulling it up and rearranging it.

Great friendly staff , the rooms were clean , and it was quite just like we like it. Also the lady manager was extra nice .

The only complaint I had was that the rooms were small.
