It was really in a convenient spot of town. And most of the facilities appeared clean and somewhat updated. The front desk staff were extremely nice!

There is no elevator, and the pool was also drained when we went. When I pulled the sheets back there were short hairs all over the sheets that was under the fitted sheet. They appeared like they are not changed every time with the fitted and top sheet. I always check the beds for bed bugs.We were in 206 there was a really weird smell in there that caused me to have a hard time falling asleep.

Convenient to our venue. Priced reasonable. Clean and comfortable.

The only problem that I had was that as soon as you walk in they have a sign that says, “this is a smoke free hotel”! Unfortunately, our neighbors in the room beside us smoked pot every night. We had to put a wet towel down to block the smell from getting into our room. It was obvious as soon as you walk into the hotel. But nothing was ever done.

The jacuzzi tub is the reason I continuously return! The staff is always kind and helpful.

TV/remote/channel situation. We never knew what we were watching because there was no guide, the guide on the tv wasn’t accurate, and there were no names of shows on each channel.

The room was nice and staff was friendly. The distance to Louisville was lacking but the hotel itself is great!

The tv could have been better. The tv cable doesn’t show the channel info so it just says channel number and no info so it hard to find anything.

It was close to where we were going so it worked out. Our trip got moved up a day and they where able to. Change my reservation without a penalty. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. We got in late and left early so not much to say. Good experience

I can't really say. We got in late and left early. The lobby did have a weird smell like musty air and cleaning products.

The lights went out in the room and the young lady came as soon as I called the desk and fixed it. The next morning as I was leaving the same young lady came to my car with a charger I had left. I wish I knew her name so I could recognize her personally

The staff was very helpful and nice. Always a greeting and offering to help. I was in town for a wedding so got back to the hotel late - it was well lit and felt very safe even at the late hour.

I loved this hotel experience! Clean and the towels were so soft! Jacuzzi tub was amazing too! Recommend this hotel to anyone or if you have a kid free night and want to get away for a night! It’s perfect!

Very clean and quiet, they had many options for breakfast which I haven't seen a lot since Covid, so that was a plus.

The pool was closed which I felt should have been disclosed when booking the room.

Breakfast could be better but most of the food is edible. More fresh foods like real eggs and sausage, not the processed stuff.

The heater was set on 69 degrees and the room felt like 90 degrees. Hard to sleep when you’re sweating.
