I had the pleasure of staying at this Days Inn that isn’t too far from downtown Louisville. Shannon is so kind and thoughtful. She chatted with me every time I greeted her. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to stay near Louisville.

The area isn't great, but the room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I lost my power during the storm and it wasn't going to be restored for more than 48 hours. My father had passed away and I needed a place to rest, be able to take a shower and get ready for my father's funeral services. There was a staff member, Debra, she was awesome.

The room needed to have the furniture moved so it could have a good vacuum cleaning, otherwise it was clean. The sheets were clean. It could have used an extra blanket in there. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but made do for a couple of days.

We spent three nights at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville SW 4051 Cane Run Road, Louisville, KY 40216 in a King Room - Non-Smoking. The manager Nayan Kumar met us when we arrived and was a gem through our stay! Our room had been recently remodeled and was very spacious, with its dorm sized freezer and microwave, the bathroom was supplied with plenty of fancifully arranged towels and had a full-size shower that was quite nice. The King bed was a bit stiff but fitted with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was fantastic, filled with plenty to eat! The property as a whole was kept very clean, felt very safe there and we would definitely recommend this for anyone who is visiting Louisville.

There really wasn't anything that stuck out as derogatory for this property. The bed was a bit stiff but I assume it was new with the renovation of the room so It just might not be broken in yet lol

The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was kind and cleaned our room regularly. I love how the towels and tissue were folded. Breakfast was good.

The smell in the halls wasn't too good. The room and elevator smelled fine, but the halls had an unfresh smell. I wish the breakfast options were bigger, although it tasted good. I wish there was a fan in the bathroom.

Oh the rooms were clean. And the hotel it's self smelt so very good. It had a fresh smell. Went into our room thinking it was gonna be subpar. Uh yeah no met more than My expectations. I got to the hotels with my daughters didn't have a reservation but let me tell you the young man at the front was so kind and helpful if you want a great stay at a clean hotel this would be your hotel. Even the outside parking lot and all was clean. Never felt unsafe at all.

Absolutely nothing. It was a wonderful stay and my family and I will be staying there from now on when we go to Louisville every 6 weeks.

The comfortable bed. The big bathroom. The height of the commode and the tub. The double shower heads were great for choice and function. The towels were nice and white, folded and hung with style and care. The coffee pot, fridge, microwave, and tv, everything was clean and in good repair. There was even a toilet riser! Good tv with remote and guide. Everything looked new.

The bed made a horrible creaking noise whenever you got out of it. -lol The fold-up shower seat, was too low for me to sit down on. One bar in the tub was too low to lean on while standing. The top tub rail should have been a good bit higher. Two of the handicapped parking signs had additional signs that read, owner assumes risk. Why more so that the ones around them?

We stayed here to go to Kentucky International Convention Center. Very convenient location, close to high way exit, not too far from the convention center. . Many restaurant options around the hotel even we came back around 8pm. Also hotel stuff are very nice and friendly. We felt very welcomed. The room we stayed was very spacious. We will definitely stay this hotel again.

An absolutely perfect stay. The room was so comfortable, the bedding and linen fresh and crisp. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. This place is a 5 Star stay and we will be returning soon. Perfect.

My daughter and I really enjoyed the fresh waffles we made. I was pleased there was an option of sugar free syrup to go along with my waffles.

There was a lot of traffic the evening I stayed which made it a bit strange to get into off the highway. I had to pass it by and turn around to get into the driveway easily.

Mngmnt gave me a free upgrade Room was quiet and spacious Clean and comfy bed and room Free HBO Continental breakfast was good Staff were polite

Hard to enter and exit from road I think I was the only female guest in the hotel Construction workers mostly but they were polite Guests were smoking and "toking" in the stairwell
