We loved the continental breakfast. The lady greeted us and very helpful. Rooms spacious, clean, comfortable. Lots of parking spaces. Close to every where we went in louisville.

Need to bring your own pillows if your like us. 4 small pillows provided though. Toilet seemed low compared to ours at home. Are last night there , stormed really bad . Lost power everywhere. Got to hotel 10pm doors opened just a little, barely able to get in. Then stair well had no emergency lights . Couldn't see at all used our phones flashlight to get to 3rd floor. Out for 8 hrs . We left at 7am still no power. Not hotels fault on power outage!!

Breakfast was good. The lemon water in the lobby in the evenings was a great touch and the on-site site bar was also welcoming. The hotel is very close to the Expo Center. A variety is restaurants are also in close proximity

The hot water during breakfast was lukewarm. The front desk agent Ana was very rude and lacked some vital customer service skills; she needs to be reminded that without guests there is no job for her. Checking out left a nasty taste in my mouth because of Ana's attitude. Overall, my stay was pleasant

The woman that ran the breakfast room was very nice. The cleaning lady on our floor was nice.

The carpet in our room was very dirty and so was the floor in our bathroom. The people at the front desk where a little rude. The road noise outside our room was very loud. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The carts for our luggage was almost useless.

They upgraded us to a huge suite because my husband was a veteran and I went through booking.com so we didn’t get the veteran discount through them. Also booking.com charged extra for non smoking room and they are all non smoking.

Located next to a ton of restaurants, staff is very friendly and the beds are so comfy! Best sleep I've had in a while! Great breakfast over all just a great place to stay and I will absolutely stay again!

Stained carpet, the wood on bottom of bathroom door damaged, crack in shower, damaged wood on the dressers and some damage on the walls.

the breakfast was great. the staff was friendly. they even had a nice little bar with a little bit of food for the menu to fill us up after a long day.

the nighborhood was a little rough. other than that. i don't think I had any legit complaints. for the neighborhood this hotel was exceptionally nice.

Bathroom door could not be shut, bath tub had no wall handle for safety and no shelf for shampoo and soap, only one folding luggage stand for room designed for four people.

Breakfast was amazing, everything hot and fresh, loved that I could make a waffle if I wanted. The bed was a bit too soft for me but it was ok. I finally got to sleep.

The bar was not open during my stay due to lack of staffing.
