Hotel was great. Room was large with a sofa, frig and microwave and a large TV. Breakfast was great and the best part was it was till 10 am. The lady working at the breakfast station was so accomadating.. She was the best hostess. Everything was hot and delicious. I had oatmeal every day and the waffles were great.

Can’t praise this hotel and staff enough! Not only was it comfortable and inviting, they went out of their way to help us with a car problem that could have ruined our trip. Their knowledge of resources in the area and their determination to stick with us till the problem got fixed went way beyond any other hotel experience I’ve ever had. Amazing! (Oh, and there’s a great steak house across the parking lot.)

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Offering services without being asked based on their observations. Breakfast was good and there was nice variety each morning.

Closet missing one of it’s doors so couldn’t actually close the closet. Refrigerator and microwave were off balance so it was awkward using them. The freezer door was missing and freezer did not keep food frozen. Microwave rotation tray was not right so running the microwave was very noisy (like hearing a dryer running with shoes in it)

It was very good breakfast. The staff was ever nice. It was clean place to stay at. I loved that the staff was very nice and very friendly and helpful. And no matter what shift they were on.

Close to restaurants with a discount for eating there. Recently renovated. Nice pool. Near walmart and gas station

The breakfast was superb as well as the location very convenient! We were there for a cheer comp with several teammates and family! The front desk attendant Dawn was amazing! We need more people like her

Everything was great

The lady on evenings was awesome, she had a smile and engaged with us every time we came in. She helped us choose where to eat giving us the options and her opinion on which she liked best.

Noise kept waking us up all night. The bed was harcdis. Not worth the expense. Stayed at other Hampton Inns with great experiences for a lot less money.

Staff was excellent! The night check in lady was wonderful! We were there for a baseball tournament and she asked nightly if we played good and won!

The staff was very friendly! I love the location between Elizabethtown and Radcliff.

On two different stays, the showers had hair and a little dirt. I think it's a little over priced. For the price, I think it should have a not had a mattress that was worn down on one side.
