staff was very friendly the a.c in the room was very quiet which was great to help get a good nights sleep

not as pet friendly as should be. carpet on the floors not a good idea unhealthy. the pet walking area was pretty good but there was litter and dog droppings around and even though i picked up after my dog using my own poop bags which i carry with me there was no designated area in which to walk the dog or dispose of her droppings. the carpeting in the hallway was kind of tired and could use a good cleaning

Your staff is great, thank you! Give them all a raise! The TV was a problem. Thank you for the breakfast. It would have been better if you'd had some pastries for those of us who are heading out for work and can't take cereal or biscuits and gravy in the car. TV was a problem. One of your great ladies offered to come and fix it for me and show me what to do, but it was already my last night. So next week I'll ask her to help me with it. She needs a big raise and with my next review I'll give her name to you. Thanks

The room was nice. The furniture is a little beat up and scratched.. but it was okay for the nights stay.

There was a travel bus parked in the parking lot right behind entrance one taking up 8 parking places. So we had to park clear down on the other end and walk back up to entrance one.

It's kind of ghetto. They seem to do the best with what's there, it's just what's there needs upgraded or replaced. The room was clean, but I wouldn't recommend walking on the carpet without shoes or the very least socks.My husband walked across a couple times without his slides on and his feet turned black on the bottom from the carpet. There was grime on the bottom of the bathtub and smudge marks of something on the bathroom walls, and about a quarter roll of toilet paper and no tissues in the room. The trim would look so much better if they just put a slight coat of the brown paint to cover the chips and bad spots. I went to sit on the toilet and there was one of those long clear yellowish spiders in there so I flushed it, then when I sat on the toilet I had one land on my hair and fall to my face and then lap,I just didn't need that lol. There was a hair dryer and heat lamp in the bathroom also an iron and a place to hang your clothes.in the room. There was a small coffee pot, some complementary coffee and cups, sweeteners and cream in the rooms. A tv, microwave and fridge, but the fridge was barely cool and unable to be adjusted. We stayed three nights and the towels and washclothes were never replaced although we asked for them to be and they agreed to bring some but didn't. The key card never worked from one outing to the next. Had to continue to go back and forth to the front desk to have it reprogrammed at least 4 times. The breakfast in the lobby was very good and a nice selection to choose from. They had the best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten, and I've eaten alot! Also had Canadian bacon circles, or might have been ham..Biscuits, sausage gravy, cereal muffins, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, juice, yogurt and a self serve waffle maker plus syrup, butter, fresh fruit. Very tasty and stayed open pretty late into the morning, we arrived right at ten and it hadn't been cleared yet.

The things I already mentioned plus the room stayed very humid and moist. Even after turning the air to cooler it stayed damp feeling and sticky.

This hotel was great for the price—helpful staff and a hearty breakfast. I’m grateful for Quality Inn and Suites!

The facility is a bit outdated, but I appreciate having a budget option.

The staff was friendly and efficient, they even remembered me from my last visit in October.

I didn't like that there wasn't a full hot breakfast anymore. I was there in October, there was an Awesome breakfast back then. The Worst Thing is that No One even Bothered to tell me that breakfast had changed!

Breakfast had wonderful options The location was perfect for a last stop before continuing north. We were surprised on all the updates to the room. It was so clean! We will be back!

We can’t think of anything. Surprised with indoor pool…. Wish it had a hot tub but that is asking for a lot!
