I had to check out two days earlier than planned. I was told at the Reception that a full refund for the two days would be made to Booking.com. However, Booking.com has not refunded the funds to my account. And Booking.com web-site does not provide the means to seek such a refund. Therefore, I am inclined to make hotel bookings in the future directly with hotels.

We didn't have the breakfast. The facilities were very nice, I was expecting a fireplace in my room.
We requested a early check in and the desk guy could not have been any more indifferent about my request or my being there. We did not have towels in our room, I would have expected to have them brought up to the room.

Loved the location, close to the highway, food, gas. The receptionist during check in was welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. The room was comfortable. Free parking and breakfast was pretty good. The male staff working the breakfast area was nice and helpful.
$100 pet fee is pretty extreme.

Pet friendly and sufficient space for remote working. Gas fire place ok
almost freeze to death during snow storm christmas week. unclear why thermometer did not work. room temp was 50 degrees the last day. outside temp was 0F. told receptionist and checked out paid extra for a room with a fireplace. gas fireplace was ok not great.

The staff was wonderful. We felt very Welcomed, The manager Dennis Ashe made us feel right at home and was very attentive . Linda from housekeeping was amazing! Every employee we encountered had the biggest smile and welcome and appeared to love what they did.

I like the room size
This location just needs some maintenance. Windows are old and leaking air , some.carpet needs replacing because it's pulled out of threshold. Caulk needs replacing in tub, around sink . Small stuff that adds up .
