The staff (receptionist) was very polite, helpful and friendly. The location was exactly what I needed since I had to catch an early morning flight. The airport is just across the road. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cosy and had all I needed.

I could hear someone talking in the next room so the walls are thin or the room configuration needs some tweaking. The bathroom wall needs a bit of maintenance.

Very friendly people. Calm atmosphere. Very nice location. Would recommend them.

I could hear the people in the rooms next to me. But could also just be that I had loud neighbours.

Let’s start from the beginning. Very easy to find this hotel. It’s literally opposite airport which is very handy. Got parking spaces for your car. Guy on reception (Patryk) amazing. Very polite, smiling and helpful in every aspect. On the way to room you can smell beautiful the hallway, very clean. Room again very clean and very cosy. It’s my first time in here but I will be often when I land in Poland. Ps: very quiet area for near airport hotel.

excellent located 5 minute walk from Airport . I arrived at 11pm bar was shut but drinks can be bought at from Reception . very good breakfast good selection for 55Zl Bus stop outside the door of the hotel for quick and easy transport to Centrum

1. Location. Short walking distance from airport arrivals. Can see hotel from the terminal. 2. Nice comfortable quiet room. Kettle available on request. 3. Restaurant open till 21.30. Good food and service. Breakfast available if required. 4. Only 6 Zlotny for bus into centre (main railway station). Ticket from machine at bus stop.

The hotel is located behind a long glass wall. I arrived in the dark . I could not see the space in the wall to access the hotel until I had crossed the main road, as it was a space where 2 sections overlapped. Then it was easy.

Excellent location. You can see the airport is directly across the road from the front door of the hotel. There is a bus stop almost outside the door that brings you into the city on the airport -> train station bus route. The room was very clean, the AC was working but it turned off at one point during the night which made the room very hot. There was a restaurant and bar inside the hotel which looked very nice but I didn't order anything. Hotel reception is always open with staff who have good English. There are noise blocking walls in front of the building which blocks most of the noise from the airport. The noise of the planes was barely noticeable during the night. Excellent place, I would recommend to people to spend their last night or two here before flying home. It's a small bit out from the city to spend the whole time there, unless you're staying for work or something.

I couldn't find an ice machine, I don't know if there is one but with the heat at the time it would have been nice. I decided to go to a nearby Zabka for ice cups. I didn't ask the staff for ice, they might have had some ice if I asked for it.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly

Lovely clean hotel ,good size room, most of staff were very helpful and pleasant but service in dining room one evening they did not listen to our request for No onions with steak .This was returned to kitchen and 20 minutes later was returned with just asparagus with steak where previously there were several vegetables. Jacket potatoes was left on table and not returned with steak to kitchen.Meanwhile my wife had to eat her meal as I waited for my steak to be returned minus leeks .I have a onion allergy. All breakfast staff were very pleasant and attentive

Attitude of 2 male members of staff in dining room on one occasion several guests were unhappy with lack of service or sight of any staff Considering the excellent t standard at the hotel in all other aspects a shame you were let down by the 2 middleaged men dining room staff .

If you have an early or a late flight from the airport, this is one of the best options. Easy to access by bus. On the way there, you can take the bus 159 and get out at the airport and walk for 5-6 minutes (you are crossing the road), and on the way back to the city you can take the same bus literally one minute away from the hotel. Lady in the reception was also very kind and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are comfy and very large. Comfortable beds. Alsp, despite being across the airport, rooms were quiete.

One of the room I stayed had a very slippery material, so one needs to be cautious. I do not remember the other one. So this is something to be taken care of in the future.
