Staff were amazing. Vivi, Angela hostesses managers, Beti Reception Demitris manager Restaurant manager Katerina excellent all her staff, Papaphicos, Mondi, Sophia, Eleni. The training and attention to detail was perfect. The food was excellent and imaginative. Elegant decor, beautiful room, Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff. Food at the beach was very nice, well priced, and the staff were so welcoming.

Confusion over sunbeds, i.e., lifestyle versus Blu. I ordered Aperol Spritz, which the bar made beautifully. I wanted to take it to the room and sit on the balcony, and I was given it in a paper cup ! Disappointed we were not trusted with a glass 😕 it is adults only hotel. Some drawers in the room would be useful for underwear and swimwear. Spa is very, very expensive. Lower the price double the clients. Beach area needs to be cleaned dirty, cigarette ends, rubbish, etc.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The facility is clean and well designed. We had a great stay.

The food could have been better and more variety. They could offer more seafood. The airport shuttle service is not good at all. We needed to send an email to the company at least 48h before arriving to schedule the pick up. We did that but they never showed up. Also, you can just get a taxi at the airport for a cheaper price. For drop off, we had to wait 20+ min for them to show up at the meeting point. Please just schedule a taxi and forget about the pick up and drop off service.

Very beautiful hotel, food was really good, they also offer drinks Service at the beach and the staff was very friendly! We could even use the facilities for free on the last day, even though it would have normally cost 15€ p.p. We had a great stay! :)

there aren‘t that many sunbeds by the pool and unfortunately the people reserved them from 07:30 AM in the morning on, even though they were at the beach or somewhere else. I know, not the fault of the hotel but I think they should prevent that somehow.

Location was great for beach. All meals good choice. A la carte restaurants a nice treat. Staff very friendly and helpful, room lovely, balcony with sea view good

Problem with sunbeds. There are nowhere near enough for guests. The pool is in shade by mid pm and the two beach areas are very small so only few sunbeds. In order to guarantee a sunbed you have to reserve them by 8am. Some people then don’t actually come to use the sunbeds they have reserved for up to 2 hours. There is no-one checking this as the member of staff doing the drinks isn’t there until 10am. This situation would make me hesitate in booking the hotel again

Excellent staff ! We had great service from everyone there, Vivi, Christina, Katerina, Dimitra, (just to name a few). Comfortable clean rooms (although a little small) powerful showers, decent size balcony, excellent location. Tasty cocktails, pleasant low key music (mostly), small selection of drinks available to be brought to your beach sunbed. Thick beach towels provided.

Cold food ! Every meal including a La carte was cold ! So much effort is put in to the presentation and it is mostly of good quality but it’s just not kept hot (or even warm in some cases) ! Why not have warmed plates and keep the hot plates/bain maries at a decent temperature ? Such a shame ! Noisy hallways, banging doors, screen from road could be improved, impossible to get a sunbed by the pool, tiny dining tables inside buffet restaurant. Could have more basic information available, WiFi, timings, trip bookings etc. Creperie staff could do with a bit more food hygiene training. Blowing your nose and then straight on to delivering food to the table was pretty disgusting.

Excellent value for the money! The staff was really helpful and made us feel at home, the buffet is great quality and varied, the rooms are very nicely decorated and location is really good as well. Drinks are included even at the beach.

There's a very ugly building between the main pool and the beach, but what are you gonna do? There also a couple á la cartè restaurants and they were actually not good at all in comparison with the buffet.

Staff were excellent. Food was a very good standard and varied day to day. The hotel was clean.

Our hot tub didn’t work properly, neither did our in-rooom coffee machine. Music was too loud at the pool area, and not enough sun loungers for the number of guests.

The room and facilities matched the photos, it all looked very modern, nice and new. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was always good selection for breakfast, lunch, dinner and also drinks.

A lot of people reserved their spot at the pool/beach way ahead, so it happend a couple of times that we couldn't find a spot. Also our room was lacking a wardrobe which was just a little bit inconvenient, but seing the size of the room beforehand, we kind of expected this.

The best all inclusive I have ever stayed at. Full cocktail list, made from scratch. Food is lovely, very well prepared. All rooms are stunning. Bathrobes are a lush touch. The hotel staff are the most amazing people. I never usually travel back to a hotel or place once visited but I will be back in June just to see the staff. Really looked after me as a solo traveller and honestly every single person there has made my holiday so amazing. Thank you so much. I wish I could give 100 rating!

Nothing… Everything is perfect

Everything was amazing - but particularly the staff. Vivi was amazing, and every other staff member that we had the pleasure of meeting. The food and drinks were amazing. The beach set up was also fabulous.

Our room smelt a bit from the plumbing, but that was not the staffs fault and they did everything they could to fix it.
