Great staff, good value for the money. Had breakfast every morning. Pool area was clean. Good rooms.

At least once a day our key cards stopped working. It got frustrating to always be locked out and have to walk around to get the card reset. They must need a new program.

This property was awesome and the lobby was so beautifully done and very homey feeling which I totally enjoyed. And the bathroom in the room was huge and as a heavier traveler, a large bathroom is greatly appreciated.

The hill to get to the property was a bit nerve racking at first but easily overcome.

The room & bed were very comfortable, & clean. We were in a good location for us also.

It took the whole shower time to get hot water, I thought the water heater was broken!!! Breakfast eggs were scrambled well, but very cool or cold. No fruit?!! Out or orange juice.

A/c worked great. Room was huge. Bathroom was huge. Only complaint I would have is some guest were rude and refused to clean up after themselves. It's not the hotels job to babysit your kids. Even tho the staff had to deal with all the rude guests they were so nice to us. Never once complained and always smiled when I had something to ask them. And they were constantly cleaning. Which was nice.

The hotel is clean, the staff were all friendly, and the beds were comfortable. They have an excellent breakfast with hot and cold items. I normally bring my Keurig with me when I travel but the coffee in the lounge was excellent so I just drank it the entire stay. They have a wonderful clean indoor pool which we all used every night. The hotel is close to many restaurants, gas stations, and Walmart.

There was nothing there that I disliked however they don't have an elevator so if someone with mobility issues is planning to stay make sure you book the first floor.

The calmness about it

I had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. the hot water never last for two people to shower. We stayed for a few days no house keeper came by

The location was great for me, the staff was so nice and the housekeeping staff was super great. Next time I'm in the area I will stay here! My husband is a smoker and he just loved the fact the had chairs outside for him to sit at! The sausage gravy was so good.

Very clean, great breakfast area and food. Rooms were very clean and comfy beds. Convenient to restaurants shopping and Ft Leonard Wood.Overall stay very good.

The pool was very clean but several chairs were broken. I almost fell chairs had cushions on them to hide the huge hole. These items should be trashed. The ladder in the deep end was also very unstable. These are accidents waiting to happen.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Knew to book my room away from guests that had small kids so the noise wouldn’t disturb me. Location of the hotel was great! Right outside of Ft Leonard Wood.

Cook had a negative attitude and a terrible hacking cough! It was disturbing thinking about this woman handling and preparing my food so I only ate the complimentary breakfast once.

The breakfast was the best I've had for hotel breakfasts! Room was clean.

Just the hallways were freaking freezing 🥶 68 is just a bit too cold! 72 is good. 74 is even better lol but I'm an Arizona visitor, so 68 maybe what you all want here.
