Asked for a high room as we were on our baby moon, got the top floor with best view the hotel has to offer. Concierge was very helpful with babysitting. Everything was great.

Had a weird interaction with one of the women at reception where she wouldn't let my wife up to our room as she didn't have her ID... Who takes their ID to breakfast? And why not just call me in the room to verify that my wife is... My wife... Guess that things about being black in America is a real thing.

Excellent location, staff friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit old needs to be renovated Though the room was not clean! Sheet were stained, bathroom and loo were not clean No coffee machine Our luggage were sent to a different room and took them 2 hours to bring them to our room. Staff was very nice and helpful they tried to help us and make it up for the inconveniences

Turndown service came at 9PM each night…way too late…Second night the attendant entered without knocking while we were sleeping. Not good! Service in the restaurant was spotty. Server delivered half our drinks and went to open the presented wine bottle and didn’t return for 20 minutes. He was finding champagne for another customer delaying out toast! Sort of inexcusable??

EVERYTHING, from the start the doormen were amazing oping doors, elevators, helping with bags and taxis. the lobby , the concierge, the restaurant manager and waiter John “he was AMAZING” treated us like celebrities. the room view was exactly like the picture the bed is spacious and comfortable. the bathroom is big and clean with hot shower and great soap collection and bath salt for the tub. the bathrobe was very comfortable that I purchased one as a gift. everyday they brought something for the room as complimentary ( dates , fruits, coffee machine (nespresso with capsules and different types of tea with honey) as well as daily chocolates. I also loved the location it is in the middle of midtown as well as it is connected to a mall nearby (colombus circle mall). our stay was magnificent and I’m definitely coming back for it.

Swimming pool surrounds not as luxurious as they should be at this price. Sauna too cool. Carpet in bedroom tired. No real lounge fir residents ( only coffee bar/restaurant- always crowded)

Location was wonderful, staff was amazing and extremely pleasant. The room looked a little dated though. You couldn’t ask for a better location, right on Columbus Circle. I would return.

The only suggestion is, for what you’re paying for the room, it would have been well worth it if the furniture and decor would be updated.

Attention to detail and response time. We requested a kettle, not supplied in room and received it in double quick time. The quality of the food and presentation was brilliant. loved the cookies and milk.

Denise in In-Room dining was rude and abrupt but Marisa and the rest of the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Central location on busy Columbus Circle above a mall and Whole Foods which was convenient. Hotel reception on 30 th floor. Room and bath was very comfortable. Rather small dining area but good food. Pricey. Spa and pool were lovely.

It took a little getting used to the two elevators to access the rooms and the lack of ground floor reception.
