Lovely comfortable apartment. Fabien was an excellent host and make us feel very welcome with good communication on the day of our arrival and non-intrusive checking in with us during our stay. Our apartment had everything we needed for our stay and the apartment close to a good selection of restaurants literally on the doorstep. The market on Sunday is 2 minutes away.

Can't fault anything with the apartment. Parking wasn't a problem for us but it is a bit of a walk away especially when carrying luggage. It is very difficult to stop outside the apartment.

Easy to find, and no problem checking in. The apartment was bright airy and spotlessly clean. We parked by the river which is a two minute walk away. The town itself is lovely and we enjoyed exploring the beautiful countryside and neighbouring villages. We really appreciated Fabien’s little touches - tea coffee, and some lovely home made soap. Communication with Fabien was fantastic. Thank you so much. We loved our stay

Very nice one bedroom apartment with a small terrace. It has a small kitchen with basic equipment, a separate bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable. Only the living room has AC. Place was very clean. Manager is super friendly and very responsive. The breakfast options is a nice add-on. Location is central to the village. Close to some restaurants and a good starting point to visit the Sancerre region

Fridge was warm and some of the pillows did not smell very fresh

We were passing through and stayed for one night in the Tokyo apartment. Fabien very kindly turned on the air conditioning in advance, we were very grateful for this, as it was terribly hot at the time. For breakfast there was delicious farm yoghurt and jam. Very comfortable and cozy apartment, highly recommended!

The convenience and quality of the accommodation which allowed us to store our bicycles securely in the adjacent courtyard.

Modern, clean and great location.

No A/C during hot weather made it a little uncomfortable. A fan was provided which helped, and we realise it was unusually hot in the area.

Everything was just perfect. Starting with my name handwritten on a mini chalkboard hanging on the glassdoor of my room.

cleanliness 10/10. location 10/10 I met the lady maintaining the property and she showed me around the township. Her warmth, friendliness and help was above and beyond any expectations. As it was Sunday and all the shops were closed she even returned with some milk for me.

No hanging space for clothes. Very tight around the bed. Drains need attention.
