The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was nice as well and meals were delicious and well cooked. Staff was also very polite and friendly. Hotel location is close to the center but in the same time is quiet.

The shower holder could be changed with a better one - the current one couldn't hold properly the shower head (but this is a very minor thing).

A real business hotel. Very large room with excellent lighting, desk, and fast free wifi.

as usual the room was very large, well furnished and extremely comfortable. everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were excellent and the coffee lounge and bar restaurant performed beautifully. it was, as always, to the standard I have expected from the Plaza.

sadly this time for the first 3 days of my stay none of the usual toiletries that I enjoy were in the room, however on the 4th day the room was well stocked with these.

Even though 7:00 was stated as breakfast time, 2 of 4 days it wasn't ready then. I would not complain about that if I wouldn't have to keep business meetings.

Even though we booked last minute we had the option to cancel it free of charger which I never saw before. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Room was enormous, clean and well furnished, same for the bathroom.

Hotel was more geared up for corporate business travellers rather than foreign tourists. Bedroom tv had only one local magazine channel available at the time of our stay

Location is good, food street, stores are close by. I think hotel is at the most happening place in Sevlievo. Rooms are big, comfy.

Breakfast is a bit of let down, need to upgrade it.
