The location is at the heart of the city, there are stand-alone tenants by walking distance, near Taman Bungkul and its famous culinary area. Rooms were immaculate, beds were very comfy. Water pressure was good. There’s free valet parking for guests.

The gym is very standard, which is OK. But there’s no supervisor at the gym, folks who didn’t wear workout clothes (wearing pyjamas and sandals) were using the gym equipments and they talked LOUD. They should’ve been not allowed to enter the gym, therefore supervisor is needed.

We like the location, since we could join Surabaya CFD on Sunday morning, just in a few steps from this hotel.

The area in front of the lobby is too narrow, thus when some minibus dropped off the passenger, it created a long queue for other incoming cars or taxi to pick up/drop off passengers. I would suggest the minibus should picked up or drop off passenger on pedestrian infront of the hotel.

The services from the staff were great. All staff are friendly, greet when met and always smiling. The special menu for the breakfast for long stay was excellent. The room was good, there was issue with aircond that was fixed within 30min. Using the telephone to order the room amenities was great. Location not too far from airport and main area via grab. Went enter the hotel lobby and lift there was nice smell. Check-in and check-out went smooth.

The staff at the reception and restaurant were nice and very helpful. The food at the restaurante very good and the bed is very comfy and big.

We did pick this hotel just to sleep since we were going to climb Mount Bromo and Surabaya was the departed city we chose to go from. Unfortunately Bromo was on fire and we stayed at the hotel instead. I mentioned this because it is not at all a hotel for tourism/tourists, it is more for people who come to the city for business and need a place where to stay. The hotel in its whole is a boring hotel, nothing to offer you besides a very basic gym (which it worked for me), and sort of indoor pool and that’s it. Common areas well decorated with comfy chair but that’s it.

Very good service. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Great rooms with comfortable beds and proper bathroom.

On both stays the Minibar fridge is terribly noisy. There are always issues with the restaurants /cafés. Either card terminal not working at breakfast. Restaurant closed when there should be dinner buffet. Dinner in the café took very long to serve and then the food was already cold. Some fried meatballs were still frozen inside (they sent us some proper ones to the room after). Swimming pool was surprisingly cold but somehow refreshing on hot days. In room dining ordering via phone does not work. IPTV channels don't work properly (audio and video is breaking every few seconds) Power outage after connecting a phone charger to a power outlet. Somehow many things don't work the way intended or break on usage...

The bed was really comfy. Modern bathroom. Breakfast was great. TV in room with Netflix was great for relaxing. Staff at the restaurant were really helpful for accommodating gluten free.

The phone in the room did not work to contact reception. I had to ask for the sheets to be changed as they were stained. I think this is because the hotel has a policy of only changing sheets if requested (for sustainability) as no apologies were given. I thought the room would have a bath as this was advertised but this is for suite rooms only. Walls were thin so could hear noise from outside of the room. The towels didn't smell fresh. Gym facilities are basic and spa only offers massages, no other facilities. Laundry was really expensive.

Showers were great, had constant hot water which seems to be a rarity in the region. Didn't use their amenities but they had a good array. There's staff on standby 24/7 so great if you have got a midnight flight, no need to worry about checking in/out. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious and had a dedicated study table for work meetings. You could access net options on TV such as Netflix and Disney+, but you'll have to log in.

There was no shuttle to neighboring malls but note that cabbing there was cheap as not too far away.

The staff were amazing. They were extremely professional and spoke enough English to help me with whatever I needed. The breakfast selection and quality is very good. Everything is modern and extremely clean. I'm shocked the price was so low compared to the quality of service!

I went for a walk nearby and I found the roads fairly dangerous to navigate. I'm quite confident walking places by myself in foreign countries,, but that area just felt chaotic - this is not the hotel's fault, but perhaps requires a taxi to get around safely.

Great clean hotel, great value for its money. The restaurant is quite good and the bar has some good alcohol.

The location is not really close to much but there are restaurants within walking distance. Not exactly a tourist location.

The checking was fast and smooth. The luggage was brought up promptly to my room. The room had pretty much all amenities needed. The staff was helpful and courteous. We opted for a hotel drop to the international airport, the car was nice and clean and the driver spoke English.

The roof shower was not working, but not a big issue because the hand shower did work just fine. Also, the room had a touchscreen Android phone for calling the front desk, room service, etc. which did give a slight trouble when trying to call the room service. Nothing major, but just something that happened.
