Excellent location. walking distance to Centrum. Value for money. Simple & clean design but sufficient.

Windows have no views and weak security, the lower level car park entrance door to upper level apartments was purposely block open by someone and can be enter by outsider event without a security card access.

the unit is clean and comfortable to stay. steamboat pot was provided, so for those who planning to do own steamboat, u can just get ingredient from nearby billion market and cook it at the house.

the lift is speechless. spent a longer time to take the lift as there is only one lift there. The lift also not well maintain, but this issues all are related to their facility issue, nothing to do with the property.

The place is comfy and the parking lot provided is easy and how the location is really convienience 👍🏻 best place to stay will probably choose this place again next tike

If there’s a big family with a child running around that stays above it will be a bit noisy

Enjoy our stay at this place, clean, comfort as home feel. Honestly this homestay is nice for family gathering or group gathering. And it worth for money. The only comment is sound proof very bad as you can hear outside very clearly. We wake up several times at midnight and morning time even worst.

balcony view is facing other people house so if you open the balcony door and curtain, every people passing by the front house can see you 😂 But still u have a choice to close it

house spacious .. clean .. staff excellent and smooth during check in and check out no hassle .. location nice just a minute walk to centrum mall .. next to big strbry farm .. nearby brinchang town

normal for apartment bit noisy when there is occupant upstair but acceptable.. location bit tricky for first timer who look for this new building dont use google map use waze otherwise u will lost 😅😅😅

Helpful owner & staff, clean rooms, good facilities, at a centralised location near enough to walk to restaurants & shops, but away from the hustle of the main road. Some rooms also have a nice mountain view. :)

The only setback is that apartment is on a hill and you need to walk up and down a slope if not driving. :(

the developer of the condo building did an awful job poor workmanship. Steep incline and no pedestrian walkways. Dirty floor in parking. the building sucks. But the unit is nice

Strategic location. Easy access to shops, etc. Very friendly staff. Easy check in check out.

1. Toilet walls are not clean 2. The fan in the bedroom is quite loud 3. Pillow is too shallow n soft.
