I stayed at the Hilton on 2/22/25 and still have not received my deposit back yet it is still pending o booking d again and it doesn’t even show mon remaining balance wich should be of $48 from deposit pending or anything it has been a whole month and no deposit back from think this will be my very last time booking them because it seems they don’t give back your deposit that’s my only problem and I’m furious a whole month is crazy I guess it’s m going to have to wait for the next to deposit to come back as well because I rebooked and the guy added it in with my room price and didn’t do it separate a basically I’m out of $148 on deposit at the Hilton this is bullcrap

The staff was nice an friendly. Answered all my questions. Tyrell was quick with getting me towels an rags at almost 3am. I really appreciate that! The only disappointment was not being able to connect my firestick to the wifi, found out from one of the staff members that Hilton doesn't allow it. But other than that my stay was pretty good.

The staff was awesome, they did their best to accommodate us. The food was top notch. Beautiful and comfortable Lobby and sitting area.

The rooms are dark and dated, the shower grout was dirty and the water took a long time to heat up. We had to reprogram our room cards every time we left the room, which was inconvenient. If it wasn’t for all the nice staff, we would have stayed elsewhere. Rooms are in need of updated renovations.

This hotel exceeded my husband and I expectations. Very quiet, clean, peaceful room. The lobby was clean and the staff was so friendly and nice. We didn't get a chance to eat anything from the restaurant there due to our scheduling, but it sure did look clean and smelled great!! I will be surely be staying here again.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel. I loved everything about it. Next time I will be trying the restaurant. I would like to also get in the pool as well on the next stay. Great management.

The lobby elevator button started not working. Sheets were extremely wrinkled-not fresh- and gross, found a pubic hair on them. Disgusting

The is my second time staying at this location and for both occasions, I add breakfast onto the room rate BUT when it is time for checkout, I have the additional cost of breakfast. I made sure they saw I paid for breakfast beforehand but I was still charged and now I have to wait for a refund.

I can't get the coffee maker to work. This is the second time this has happened. It turns off after a few seconds. Are there extra instructions that should be followed? The requests asked for must not be forwarded to the motel because they don't mention them.
