It exceeded our expectations in terms of everything. We were given a very spacious room that was more like a 1-bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fabulous, with a view of the Avigliana lake and mountains. Our host was fantastic. And location was great. We walked to the lake and Avigliana and back. We will definitely recommend this Bed&Breakfast to our friends and family!

Following previous request I was able to check in earlier. The host was very helpful and prepared a nice breakfast.

Our room on the ground floor didn't have any view. Only one bedroom for three people. Not possible to bring the car in front of the entrance with several steps from the car park. The sofas were not cleaned under the cushions

A beautifully located house overlooking the lake near the famous Sacra di San Michele Abbey. It has its own parking. Very cozy and atmospheric apartment with everything you need inside and a very cozy patio outside. I especially remember the excellent breakfast in a stunning setting. We hope to come back to you again!

We told the hosts that we had to leave very early in the morning and they left all of the breakfast meats/cheeses/pastries/drinks in the room for us the night before. Very nice surprise.

The weather, unfortunately. There were thunderstorms well into the night. Nothing about the room or property was disappointing.

I rarely give the highest mark for accommodations, but in this case, the whole process, from booking, checking-in, etc. was of the highest quality and is well justified.

Maybe the Moskitos in the garden were not expected, but we managed to address the issue fairly quickly.

We had an amazing stay here. Our dogs were very welcome as well. We had access to the main garden which was perfect for our dogs. Very quiet and peaceful place, also very private. We loved every second of it. Easy access to the lake once you know how to access it. See the little map between the pictures: - green is the route from the B&B to the parking; - blue is were you can park your car, it's possible to park next to the road or at a parking in a side street; - orange is the route you need to walk to access the lake, it's not possible to drive this part by car. Beautiful authentic building. Sizing of the room was great as well. Little kitchen was very handy too. Large parking space accessible via an automatic gate. It's possible to drive up to the room to unload the luggage. Breakfast was great as well, served in the main garden with view on the lake and mountains. Simple breakfast but delicious. Very friendly staff.

For me everything was perfect. But for my wife the bed and the pillows were a little too hard. Has nothing to do with the accomodation: We wanted to visit "Sacre di San Michele" but dogs aren't allowed on the domain unfortunately.

The house is beautiful, and the room is well equipped. The fireplace is so cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook.

The breakfast was beautiful, however we don't eat many sweet pastries.

A wonderfull house at an amazing location. Staff is very nice. And the breakfast is incredible. You get a wonderfull view of the lake and the breakfast itself is everything you could want.

Very nice apartment, fully equipped kitceh, good instructions before arrival and above all the breakfast served on the garden, highly recommended.
