Location to Disneyland Paris where the rest of our holiday was talking place. We stayed so we had a short drive (6 min) to Newport Bay to make the Magic hour. The hotel is perfectly situated near a wonderful shopping centre which was an ideal place to visit & grab food.

Rooms were small & very budget but we realised once we had arrived that there was a less budget option so would probably look at that next time. Apart from that, the hotel was great

The Location of the Hotel is superb if you're going to Disneyland Paris. Metro is literally outside of the hotel and with only one stop away from Disney. Before entering the metro station there is a very good cafeteria with very good pastries and baguettes.

Bathrooms were very small but still value for money. With a hotel close to disney and expecting tourists from around the world i expected that staff would know how to speak good english. We still managed to communicate but it was very difficult.

Very clean and tidy room. It was a little smaller than expected but this did not matter as we were only staying one night. The staff were very helpful.

The only problem we had was finding the hotel. If it could be made clear on instructions which exit of the train station to use when arriving it would be very helpful (or even a small map showing the route from the main entrance of the train station to the hotel would be great). Unfortunately it took us sometime to find it, late on a Saturday night and when it was raining!

Would highly recommend the hotel for anyone travelling to Disney Paris. The hotel had all the necessities one would look for such as Wi-Fi, Comfortable bed, Warm Water, Room Space, Quiet Rooms, Hotel serviced by lifts & all bedding and laundry items were changed daily. The location of the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the Metro Station that would directly lead you to Disneyland. A shopping mall was located a few minutes away from the hotel and also the outlet village for extra shopping. All staff were friendly and met all expectations to ensure an excellent stay at their hotel. The breakfast was also excellent, as it included several options that would definitely meet anyone's liking. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to travel to Disney.

Honestly there was nothing that me and my partner did not like.

Great location for disney and Paris with the rer literally outside the door. Friendly staff, clean and functional as a base to sleep and shower! Plenty of shops near by for supplies like aldi and a huge shopping mall also. Stayed for 5 nights and cannot fault it at all for the price paid to be on the doorstep of disneyland! Would 100% stay again. Special mention to the friendly and welcoming staff from check in to each time you came and went.

Great location, easy access to shops and restaurants around. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were great. The water pressure was also fantastic!

The curtain that separates the room when someone uses the bathroom also cuts off the aircon to the room so it gets quite hot quite fast. The TV also can’t Chromecast and has all features disabled which was unfortunate.

Being able to arrive at any time is really appreciative. clean rooms and beds. Towels changed everyday Lots of choice to eat in the morning

No place to stay apart from the room and lobby, which is just next to the door and the seats were almost all broken. There could be a possibility to stay somewhere outside the room (in the morning for exemple, to let the person you're sharing the room with sleep). Was asked to leave the breakfast table at 9h15 while the breakfast finished at 9h30. A kitchen worker asked their coworker to change their gloves when serving breakfast in front of me... Didn't know what it meant Other than that, great stay

The location was excellent for Disney, breakfast was very good, staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was very clean.

We wanted a twin room but the bed arrangement was a double bed with a single bunk bed above it, as we are both adults we didn't use the single bunk. My definition of twin beds is two separate beds on the floor.

The hotel was the perfect location for our trip to Disney, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and it was only a short walk to the shops, café, restaurants and train station

There was no kettle or facility for me to make a cup of tea...which sounds silly but it was what I really needed at the end of a long day...and the machine did not provide proper tea (English breakfast tea)

staff was very helpfull and friendly. Manager also more than understanding when I discussed some issues, they get 5 stars for service (- unfortunately booking did absolutely not react to my request which actually casued the Main issue for my stay, up until this day bookingcom has not come back to me- 0 stars for booking)

it's an Ibis budget, I get that. But I really did not like that the Internal bathroom area can not at least be seperatetd temporarily with a curtain
