The house keeping staff was exceptionally good. The services provided within the property were good. The breakfast menu was very good. They had every dish required as per taste. The property was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. Good clean sheets and the pillows were of good quality.

The Buggie service and its system was quiet bothering. It is for senior members but even so the system is not good. After call they tell you to wait at the lobby for 20mins.Instead they could rather keep one buggie that is consistent in rounds every ten minutes, there is no need to call reception or wait for anybody to drive the buggie. Food is expensive could reduce the price a bit. The 4KM road leading to the resort needs to be sorted. Also, please do provide drivers stay on pay. Even if it cost 2k-3k its fine but provide a simple stay for drivers with basic facility.

It was surrounded by nature and was a very relaxing location. Coffee plantations and bird watching was the highlight for us. Rooms were spacious and clean. Balcony gave us a chancento enjoy mornings and evening nature and bird calls. Poolside snackbar was amazing. Lot if activities were available which we could not participate dur to time constraints.I got sick and there was a nurse to help with that. Food available for breakfast is amazing selection appealing to all. I eapecially enjoyed filter coffee. I am missing it. Once we went there we cancelled our sightseeing and stayed at the resort. A great decision.

I wish the road patch to the resort is fixed. It rattled the whole car.😁

I loved the the way the whole property is maintained.

I felt at the Aromas restaurant, You should have had Local Delicacy. Local Cuisines like Akki roti, Pandi curry, Kadambattu , Crab curry is what makes Coorg. I was a little disappointed to see Kolkatta dum biryani, Andhra chicken curry so on and so forth.

The property itself is spread over a huge land expanse and is beautifully maintained. Nice amenities including the kids play area, swimming pool, tandem bicycles, mudbikes all add up to the charm. Food was good and so was the behaviour of support staff. Rooms were spacious with nice view of the surrounding greenery. Lovely experience specially during the rainy season. Nice place to visit with your loved ones over a weekend.

Food and other services were on the costlier side. Also, the last 3 kms of the road leading upto the property is in a terrible condition and is not at all maintained. Risky driving during the night amidst huge potholes.

Huge property, plenty of services to go for and have an amazing fun filled stay. Courteous and supportive staff.

The processing time for room allotment takes time, somehow their systems are always slow. So that can be looked at.

Excellent food, though expensive. Very efficient staff. Very nice places for walking within tbe resort. E xcellent car park. This was our second stay.

The food choice and cleanliness was way below the standards. Having been a Club Mahindra corporate client since 2007, i see a decline in their menu choice.

1) Daffi gave a confirmation call prior to our arrival and explained most things which was lovely 2) Saee at reception helped speed the process of check in and as we were slightly delayed on our arrival let us go to lunch without waiting a long time for check in 3) In Aromas Biplab and Joyce at the door were very good at recognising you everyday and speeded up process on getting breakfast, lunch and dinner. Janet and Santosh visited our table and were lovely. Pooja Verma was very attentive in the restaurant 4) Prasad got balloons and rare flower and took photographs of my parents with it foe thier anniversary which was lovely 5) Got us a special cake in the room for anniversary which was a very good gesture 6) Rakesh as MOD was good 7) Pravadh at SPA was good and attentive. SPA was an amazing experience 8) Good gym facilities 9) Lovely gardens and walking paths. 10) Happy Hub is good

1) Children less than 8 years of age are allowed in the gyms with no age restrictions written on the door. The kids play with treadmills and weights. This is dangerous and if continues could be reportable 2) I paid for premium Internet for 72 hours. It started 5pm on 11/04/22. But it abruptly ended on 13/04/22 5 pm. Can anyone explain how this is 72 hours 3) I would prefer tea/coffee facilities during buffet for lunch and dinner 4) Buggies are at a premium. We tried to walk as much as possible. In the dark and when it is raining it was difficult for my aged parents. I felt there was no organisation with the bugger service. 5 minutes could mean 30 or never if you dis not call up.

Resort staff service was the best. Right from reception , buffet, leisure activities to house keeping all the staff were courteous and have alot of patience. Loved the food Property is well maintained keeping intact the natural environment

Almost all activities are chargeable. Right from kids indoor play area, cycling, go karting etc every activity is chargeable.
