Staff was very good and rooms was very nice and well maintained. Good food at restuarants. Quick response from the staff.

We dint like the way they handled the facility. We booked this facility because of the swimming pool. I went with my family. My kid wanted to get into the pool but they always said ther is no power. Since it was a heated pool, we always got an answer that there is no power. In our 2 nights and 3 days stay We could not even access the pool not even a single day. For the low climate which we have in coorg, its difficult to use the pool without heated. I would like to request the hotel management to be prepared and help customers is accessing the facilities.

My stay at Treebo Trend The Rove from April 6th (Saturday) to April 9th (Tuesday) in Napoklu, Coorg was very pleasant. Even though I arrived earlier than my check-in time, the manager and staff at the front office desk warmly welcomed me. The manager kindly showed me the rooms before I made any payment, which I appreciated. My room was delightful, with a balcony view and a comfortable bed. It was spacious and had a big balcony and a big bathroom. Having a Smart TV in the room was a good choice since most of us now spend time only with mobile devices, using apps and watching YouTube videos. Unfortunately, room service was not available, but there was a restaurant on the premises where I could get food to take away. The hotel also had a large swimming pool, a badminton court, and car parking, which were important criteria for me when choosing this hotel. We enjoyed family time at the pool in the evening. The landscape outside the hotel was nice and decent. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for me and my family. Thank you, Rove!!

1.The pool was amazing and they maintained it clean and also provided rental caps for 50rs. 2.the rooms were neat and the American motel concept works here nicely . 3.The restaurant food was very delicious and even quantity wise as well it was very good. Also special mention the restaurant was so helpful with storing medicine in their freezer. 4.They have an ample parking space and even charging stations for electric vehicles

Few small inconveniences and I hope that they change 1.no free drinking water, once the restaurant closes , and if you forgot to buy water bottle,then there is no water for the whole night. 2.no hot water in the room, even when we informed the staff they assured that it will come but it never did. 3.small suggestion,please keep hand sanitizers in the washroom.

Badminton court is leased for professional coaching, and not for leisure play. So it is not available for guests to use. Swimming pool is being used by school kids for training throughout the day... So guests have very limited opportunities to use it. Would hv been better if these facilities were exclusively available for the guests. Location is a bit far from Madikeri and other major tourist attractions.

breakfast provided was tasty like home food..and the best part was the pool..very clean and big, had lot of fun..staffs were too polite..if you are travelling to coorg I would say without any second thought you can book it..worth all the penny that we have spend..good going The Rove team !!!

Our experience remained consistently positive. The concierge team's promptness in fulfilling our requests was remarkable. The staff, with a special mention for the front office team, were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The overall ambiance left us impressed, and the bed's comfort was outstanding. We didn't encounter any significant issues during our time there.

Have good facilities, badminton and swimming. Situated at a peaceful location. Facilities are maintained well. Staffs are helpful.

Little distant from major attractions. Surroundings location have limited food options though the facility have a decent restaurant.

The hospitality was top notch and the facilities were well maintained. The restaurant had a bunch of options to choose from at a very nominal price.

The property is located far away from the main town of Madikeri

Place was neat and clean and properly managed Pool was really good and staff was soo approachable and always available, They suggested us places which we can explore near by, food was good and in complementary breakfast there were multiple delicious options provided , overall stay was very good
