Rooms were clean. Breakfast was stocked well and replenished often

Litter around the entrance into the hotel. It was dirty. It looks like very little maintenance is done to keep the front of the building clean. Once inside the hotel everything was clean and in order

Nice and clean. All employees were very nice except the lady cooking breakfast.

The lady cooking the breakfast was HATEFUL both days we were there. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

I needed a small chair for the bathroom I have to sit for a medical need. I was told they could not provide such a chair. Other then that it was a good stay

Hard bed, no bacon for breakfast, breakfast potatoes were too spicy and eggs tasted fake. I'm not usually a complainer, but these were minor annoyances.

Clean comfortable spacious

Disability requested and got a second level room. I can walk but the distance was excessive. Was told i would get emailed Receipt and never got one 11 hours later

Cleanliness of the room. The bathroom were nice and clean.

It wasn't enough cover to protect 5 people through the night...but we were ok. I called down for extra linen but I suppose the front desk forgot. She said she would call back when she were done with guest.

Left too early

Booking auto paid to Hampton, booked a room for an associate, was not able to split the bill. My CC said Hampton, front counter said pre-paid, did not get honors points

Location was amazing since I was working at the Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. Breakfast was ok. I would love a waffle.

Clean safe area lots of food options. They actually have a hot breakfast. Would stay again
