The staff were nice and helpful. Both the room and the washroom were nice and clean

The waiters need a little more training. The waiters started taking all the food back to the kitchen even before the time ended. They should have informed the guests that they were gonna start closing the buffet breakfast section so we could finish up taking what we needed. I went there to get some coffee but couldn't find any cups. I asked a waiter and he replied the time is over. Apart from that everything else was fine

It’s a good hotel . offers reasonable price . rooms are also good . bathroom fittings are also beautiful & clean. restaurant foods are tasty . rooms with mountain view very nice & spectacular. Room service is also good . you can order any food and get it quickly at room. milk tea taste is outstanding

The receptionist woman is extremely unprofessional. she does not know how to behave properly. horrible ! she listens to music loudly when clients are already in front of her . I could say more but don’t want to drag it . but she doesn’t deserve to do job here . The restaurant waiter doesn’t refill breakfast properly. we needed to go outside of the restaurant and call him again to bring parata for us . but he gave us 1 parata as refill , when we were two persons. restaurant’s Hospitality is very bad.

Staffs were good. Gave us options to check in early. Rooms were clean. And good value for group Travelers.

AC of 1 room wasn’t working properly. Gave us 3 glasses for 4 people. Balcony wasn’t accessible from a room despite having door. Because door handle was broken.

Good value for money if you are I a group or with family

Fixtures and fittings could do with a revamp somewhere with faulty. Air Conditioning only in the bedroom.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had an own sitting room to relax.

The staff are super friendly and very cooperative. My wife wanted to change after checking out and the team arranged it somehow though they were full booked. Room facility is way good.

The staff here are just amazing! Especially Muskaan Apu and Uzzal Bhaiya were really helpful and professional. I loved my stay here and hope to stay here again on my return from Canada.

Very cozy and clean. The interior design is very good and the breakfast was good too. The window view from the room was enjoyable. I had a very good time there. Staffs were helpful.

The entry to the hotel was not good. You have to enter the hotel from the parking garage.

Breakfast items not available for everyone. Hotel authority should ensure breakfast items for all hotel guest as needed.

Breakfast was good. And they maintain the time schedule of breakfast. Location was very nice. I think for family this is a nice place to stay.

There is no tea or coffee facility in the room. Not even any electric cattle. They should arrange it.
