Beautiful small hotel with awesome rooms and roof-top restaurant for breakfast with amazing view. The area of San Blas is very nice if a bit up from the main city center

Located at the end of a hard to reach narrow street. Most taxis and rides do not like to enter it and you end up having to carry your luggage a long way.

Really clean and huge rooms with a huge bed! There is a young lady that works there who is really friendly and speaks good English. Breakfast was good too and they will pack your breakfast if you are heading off on a tour. Beautiful views of Cusco if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floors.

The walls are quite thin and you can hear everything. Nothing earplugs couldn’t fix. I stayed on the second level on my second visit which was much quieter than the floor level. Having a spa bath is great but by the time the water level was high enough for the jets to work, the hot water had ran out. It’s hard to get to by car and there is a large flight of stairs to climb from the main road. That certainly didn’t bother me, but it may be difficult for some.

The accommodation is just 5 minutes away from Plaza de Armas. Close to all shops, restaurants, guided tours and souvenir shops. But most specially, all the staff at the hotel. They take care of you. If you have early pick up tour, they provide you with snacks. Ensuring a clean room and lovely breakfast!

Breakfast was very good with a good selection, with both sweet and savory choices, fresh fruit, Ronald extremely Kind and efficient, he prepared eggs and good coffee. Room an bathroom very comfortable, quiet, Yesmi clean every day everything is clean and perfect Good Location close to Downtown Ilia is a example of a great employee, she treat customers with respect and very helpful

Really great local feel to the hotel, great staff and location. Breakfast was also wonderful, they made fresh eggs however you’d like each morning, along with breads, sweets, and delicious fruit. They also pack a breakfast to go for early morning excursions.

The heat was a bit inconsistent, we would end up being comfortable after a while, but the rooms take a while to heat up. There’s also limited storage space if you like to unpack your belongings

Amazing view from breakfast. Lovely room and bathroom. Great view from room. Small heater and big blanket for cold nights. Good selection of food at breakfast and very nice coffee from machine. Good location but does involve a walk uphill from centre of town

Could improve soundproofing as it wakes you up when people leave early for tours. Would help the environment to provide a clean water tank to fill water bottles from

Quite a few stairs up to get to property when you had luggage to carry. However, once you were luggage free it was no issue.

It was our one year wedding anniversary and they put out rose petals and a bottle of wine for us and lit candles in our room upon arrival. Which was above and beyond expectations. The staff are super great and helpful and the location of the hotel is also really good and in a vibrant area.

Great location - walking distance from museums, markets, upscale shopping, etc. It is a smaller property, but it perfect for my expectations & budget….clean, secure, charming & quaint. The staff were extremely nice, very helpful, and willing to accommodate special requests. Having breakfast on the top floor looking out onto the city was awesome!

I have zero dislikes

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodative. The breakfast was well worth it and had an amazing view of Cusco. We would look forward to the coffee in the mornings. The beds were great, especially after a long hike. The tub was just what we needed. Everything was clean and we had an amazing time. We even rebooked the hotel for our second stay in Cusco.
