Staff was AMAZING. Ivan is Superman doing everything at the hotel and the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming and patient when I was practicing my Spanish. Rooms were quaint and comfy. Nice beds. Breakfast was great! It is in San Blas area so a heads up it is an uphill hike from the main square. But it's nice and quiet away from the city square, but walking distance to most of the tourist part of Cusco. The center garden was also perfect for regrouping and resting the middle of the day.

We stayed in the hotel for total 4 nights but with two days break while we visited Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The stuff was very friendly and helpful in all arrangements starting from taxi to the hotel, taxi for sightseeing Sacred Valley and to Rainbow Mountain. For 4 of us it was cheaper and more comfortable than guided tours in a minibus. Breakfasts were quite varied and tasty.

We’d booked suit with hot tub, but unfortunately never there was sufficient hot water to fill it up and once when we had started dirty came out of nozzles. Room was clean but daily cleaning could be better.

Incredible stuff! The rooms are spacious, clean and very nicely decorated! The stuff works on the property 24/7 super handy! They also helped with oxygen when I felt really bad the first day, and stored my stuff while I was hiking for couple days then re-checkin! Super quite at night. Above and beyond! I would highly recommend this place!

Is slightly cold but if you turn on the heater it gets better, also is a little uphill to get but the bonus is super quite at night!

The hotel was superclean and very nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is located on the top of the mountain so you need to walk a bit to get there. As we arrived early in the morning noone wanted really talk to us. we were just informed that we can't check in before time because the hotel is full. But we could have tea in common area. I was hoping to make some paperwork sooner and start washing our tones of lundry but the recepcionists seemed to be busy all the time and didn't want to talk to us even thouhg we asked for it.

It’s tucked away in the beautiful neighbourhood of San Blas, staff were amazing and breakfast was phenomenal. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 nights stay and hope to be back one day soon.

The wifi is pretty much not working at all. The location of property has narrow streets, so if you were being picked up by your tour organisers, you will have to walk down to the square for 10mins.

The property is really nice to stay in Cusco. It has a lovely outdoor garden to hangout and relax. The bedrooms are nice and comfortable after spending long days. The staff is helpful and do their best to fulfill your request. The location is very good is San Blas which is a beautiful neighbourhood with a lot of great cafes and restaurants around. 20 min walk will take you to Plaza de armas and San Pedro mercado. Overall it is a good option to stay in Cusco.

hotel facilities are nice and well decorated. always tea available.. breakfast was tasty and healthy. the girl on the afternoon shift was always helpful. when inside the hotel you feel retreated from the outside.

we had an issue with our bookings and they weren't open t help us. they blame Booking but at the end its up to the hotel to charge us correctly. the Bathroom in our room could be renovated.

Everything. The staff is AMAZING, the room is clean and big with comfortable beds. The garden is well kept and super nice to have a chill time with a stunning view of Cusco. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!!

Huge and interesting room overlooking the garden and a fantastic view of the city and the iconic "Viva Peru" sign on the hill. Set in the boho San Blas area, you can reach the hotel with bags via taxi and easily walk to and from the city within minutes whilst enjoying the independent shops, restaurants, bars and cafe's. The hotel is in a quiet and safe area (I found the whole city a safe place). The breakfast is a continental buffet that has cereal, eggs, ham, fruit, pancakes and excellent coffee.

Beautiful property. Lovely outdoor areas. Best thing was they allowed early check in as we arrived on the overnight bus. Luggage storage, free if stored less than 12 hours, otherwise 2.50USD/night/luggage. Also packed an early breakfast for those departing on tours
