Excellent place! The rooms are just like advertised! The beds are comfortable! The breakfast is great, diverse and with a delicious Peruvian coffee! The staff is incredibly friendly and kind, willing to help and provide guidance. Definitely the most kind staff!

there is nothing that I did not like about the property, just as an advice for future guests, several streets in Cusco are only for pedestrians, cars do not enter, this street is one of them, but our taxi dropped us around 100-200 meters and you can walk less than 5 minutes to a square that you can also get a taxi.

The staff is super nice and helpful! The room was spacious enough for us as a couple, it was really clean and the bed was really comfortable. We got a blanket and an extra blanket if we were cold. They came with the room. The hotel is in a quiet and touristy area in San Blas, which is a 10 minute walk from the main square. We felt safe to walk around this neighborhood and the center. The breakfast is good and you get basically all the nutrients you need. It is however the same every day.

The sockets are horrible. They lose contact with devices (even the local ones) so you need to find an angle for the device to start charging. If you find an angle, it can't be moved even a millimeter or it will stop charging. The laundry service was in general okay, affordable and efficient, however they did lose a sock and two pieces of underwear had purple stains after washing... You need to ask for the hairdryer at the reception and return it. It doesn't come with the room. If you're cold, you can also ask for a heater and they will give it to you. It doesn't come automatically with the room.

Friendly staff, they didn’t speak too much English but using google translate worked great. Stored our bags for us while we did the Inca trail. Helped arrange transfer to/from the airport which was very helpful! Breakfast was great and they gave us bag breakfast for when we left early for tours Would definitely recommend staying here! Close walk to all attractions in the area

Only complaint was we didn’t know we could get a heater for the room so the first night we were cold but then found out we could get a heater from the front desk which was helpful!

The hotel is very cosy and nicely decorated and the rooms.were big enough for 4 people

One of our friends lost their baggage during her flight and we asked help.from.the reception to make a.phone call at the flight company's office as we did not have a Peruvian number. They said that the phone of the hotel is not working for calls to Lima and they gave us their mobile and charged us afterwards . This was a disappointment. The hotel is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Excellent value for money and in a buzzing part of town.

Cold shower, no hot water.

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The people making breakfast were accommodating and very nice, as were the cleaners. The room was frigid but they gave us a heater when we asked. Good location far enough away from the plaza to not have all the noise but close enough to have the convenience of the plaza. Easy walk to lots of places.

The people working the front desk weren’t the friendliest. The heater we got helped warm the room up a little but didn’t fully alleviate the cold.

A very personalised small hotel with everything you need. I particularly like the location - a very old part of Cusco with so much character and when we were staying there they had a festival at the fountain in San Blas. The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated with wall paintings of flowers, birds and gardens. The breakfast was typical Peruvian and the staff very helpful (especially when we were able to communicate via Google translate). I will definitely stay there again! It was a unique experience and so much more enjoyable than the ordinary big hotel.

The showers were warm but some of our group would have liked it to be very hot. Something to get used to in Peru.

I love the Location. We booked several rooms with my friends. The rooms wirh king size bed was very spacious, however rhe room with two bedrooms was really tiny. We could hardly walk without hit ring the tv on the wall… so if you are going to stay there make sure to book s bigger Bedroom. Other than this location was really nice. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

We really enjoyed all the local decorations of the hotel and that there was an open garden and rooftop view especially in thsi prime central location of Cusco!

We had ordered a taxi to take us from the airport to the hotel but it never came. It was quite hard for us to contact the driver and try figure out the situation and we wasted a lot of time. In the end we found a taxi ourselves which was easier and less expensive than what the hotel was offering!

The accommodation was really clean and cozy. There was a wonderful Peruvian atmosphere. The rooms were a good size. There was a nice roof terrace at the top with great views. It got cool in the evening, but it was warm to sleep with the wool blankets. The shower had hot water and the breakfast was really tasty! The accommodation also agreed to store our bags for the duration of our visit to Macchu pichu, which was a great service!
