Great location in San Blas. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The front desk folks we very helpful. Alexander in particular was helpful and caring.

Our room was on the front and any cars that went by during the night or any people walking by and talking were easily heard in the room. We had to catch a cab before sunrise and the stairs to get to the lobby are not well lit which contributed to me falling. I think better lighting would be beneficial.

Very well located in a great area, lovely and helpful staff (especially Oscar), good breakfast provided by a lovely lady. We had to cancel our last 2 nights due to health problems, and the hotel owner has shown empathy and reimbursed us partially.

We had booked a room with garden view but got one with view on the city. This seems related to a Booking.com error which does pretend that all habitaciones queen have a garden view. Be aware! Access by car is difficult (super narrow street).

The property is located in one of the most renowned neighborhoods, San Blas. The interior gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh, high-quality ingredients. We were expecting a queen bed, but instead found two single beds placed together, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, our stay was pleasant and good value for the price we paid.

The staff are amazing, I’ve never felt so welcomed somewhere in my life. The room is sooo cute and comfy, they have Netflix it’s just really nice, I could live there. Breakfast was also good and the chef just so nice. Great location with city views. They have a water refill station so you don’t have to buy water all the time as well.

Lovely spacious hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast included! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, and arranged an airport taxi for us.

Worth noting for those who are not used to altitude that the property is located up quite a steep hill at the top of San Blas! But this does mean the hotel has a great view from the dining area and sun lounge!

This is one of the cosiest and friendliest hotels I've ever stayed in! Every morning a lovely old lady cooked me fresh breakfast! Eggs, freshly pressed juice, cereals, yooghurt fruit, bread...whatever you want....and the food keeps coming in. It's on one of the hills with a beautiful view of Cusco. I went on a 4 day hike to Machu Picchu and could just leave my luggage in my room. Very, very nice but simple. Don't expect the Hilton but much more personality.

Location and cuteness of facilities. It is just beautiful. Their staff is just awesome. Antonio and Lucha felt like they were my uncles living in another city and wanted to take care of me during my visit.

internet is slow. Not that I needed it for my stay but could’ve been helpful for backing up my phone overnight.

We stayed here for 3 consecutive trips as we vacationed in and out of Cusco. We will stay here again next time! The staff are delightful, the breakfast is delicious, and the location was quiet and accessible. We were able to store a few items while out of town, and staff generously allowed us to host our tour guide for a predeparture meeting in their solarium relaxation area. Every hotel needs one! Love this hotel.

The property is well situated and the view is incredible from the restaurant and lounging rooms. The breakfast was very good and the lady serving breakfast is incredibly kind. There were space heaters in the rooms which was helpful at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is basic but had everything I needed.

Very nice small family hotel based in upper old town, within walking distance of all interests. Staff has been fantastic and very helpful with special big thanks to Eriksson and Lucia.

The only issue I encountered was no Wi-Fi and sometimes no phone reception at all in my room which was located in the lowest part of the facility.
