Love everything of this hotel! Location, staff, bedrooms, service, tidiness, basically everything. Would stay here again. One of the girls in the reception was absolutely a gem she borrowed me her phone to call the airline to sort out our flights and it took me a long time to do so. She was a legend , can’t remember her name but had a long long hair. Thank you !!

Love everything

After a very very long day visiting Machu Picchu I was late to check in and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, even bringing me a hot flask of water and tea. They were attentive and always asking if I needed anything and were ever so willing to help.

Comfortable rooms, quiet, patio, just the right distance from the city centre, cafe next door, very good pizzeria in front, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included, luggage storage while trekking

REservation through booking.com had some mishaps (one reservation showed our child was 1 year old not 13, booking.com website said shuttle to airport was included then property mailed us straight away after reservation to say it wasn t, for 2nd reservation, we could not book the 2 bed room for 3 but we could for 2), breakfast was included but there seems to be different types of breakfast --> it would be better to standardize

The staff was very friendly! From the front desk to the kitchen. Rooms were clean and it was a lovely stay in the San Blas area. Close to the historic district but a short walk away to get out of the chaos and closer to botique shops, cafes and restaurants.

Every hotel in the Cusco area I stayed in was loud and this one is no different (I stayed in 4 different hotels passing in and out of Cusco). You can hear voices, people checking in and out, leaving early in the morning for tours - but this was common in all the places I stayed. Might be good to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The location was great. It was easy to walk to shops, cafes, and restaurants in the San Blas area and very accessible to the main square of Plaza de Armas. The room was plenty big enough. A huge comfy bed, desk, and TV made it a very comfortable space.

I would have liked to have had a kettle in the room. There were tea bags, but no kettle or cups. I'm sure if I had asked, they would have provided them; however, after a lot of traveling, I was too tired to do so, and it wasn't a priority or deal breaker.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the warm welcome and support from Laura and Leslie. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. A special thanks to Laura for going the extra mile—when I had issues with my taxi booking while leaving Cusco, she made sure I got a taxi in time to reach the bus stand and not miss my travel ahead. I truly appreciate her effort and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Firstly the staff, the most friendly and helpful people. We struggled with our Spanish and they were so gracious and spoke English to help us understand. The rooms were so clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable, especially after a long flight.

The only small issue was I couldn’t work out the hot water tap and had a cold shower the first night. That’s on me. However I was aware that water temperature can be unpredictable and just rolled with it. I was too tired to care.

The property is in a really gorgeous part of Cusco, with lots of little restaurants, cafes and craft type shops nearby. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus. I loved the signature 'throws' on the beds and on the sofas in the foyer: very bright, warm and colourful.

I found my room quite noisy. I was on the ground floor and people had to pass my door to get to the other rooms. This didn't bother me, but might annoy someone else.

The staff were so absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The location was also very good.

The hot water. I had to ask a few times about the hot water. I’d leave the water running for 10-15minutes or more and it wouldn’t get hot. The girls at reception would always try to help, however, the hot water definitely needs an upgrade :(

Liked the central courtyard, decor. Room was small but functional and great location, really close to everything. Staff friendly and helpful, stored luggage for us when we went away for one night on Amazon trip. Breakfast was ok but think it could do with improving- more self serve options would be good for extra bread, jam, cakes. Also the option of self serve juice, fruits
