They changed us to another hotel so close to that one because they had a problem on it, but the new one was even better! Everything was so luxurious, they had even a jacuzzi and a sauna. We went to ski but it was no snow, so we stayed a lot of time in the hotel enjoying it. Personal was also very nice! It was such a lovely place. :)

It was nothing bad. We just forgot our swimsuits in the room after using the jacuzzi. I hope to get it back when I come back haha.

The location was nice with fresh air as it was close to the forest. The breakfast was good with a good variety of food. The room and bathroom were clean.

There was no restaurant at the hotel on site. You had to go 8 km to get to the hotels restaurant. Also there were no supermarkets nearby. The closest one was in Gyöngyös. As for the room, the bed was squeaky and the matress quite hard, but other than that, it was comfortable. It would have come in handy to have a plug on each side of the bed to charge the phones.

We planned to visit the nearby mountain and it was very close to it, so that expectation was successfully fulfilled. The room was impressively spacious, everything was decently clean and the beds were very comfy. Everything was nice and quiet.

The receptionist we encountered during our arrival didn't know English, so entering the location was a bit of a struggle, but we managed to communicate through google translate.

The breakfast bread, jams, and butter were delicious.. The rooms are comfy and spacious, with great view. I slept like a baby. The location couldn't be better, it is a few steps from the Mátraháza bus station. It is a great location to scape from the noise of the big city.

The walls are sort of thin, so you can hear everything from the nearby rooms if you are unlucky to have noisy neighbors. Otherwise all fine.

Very helpful and nice staff, very nice place to switch off. Several trekking routes are available near the property, not too heavy traffic. I would recommend for everyone. One of the staff member helped me to advise many other trekking routes, if i had any question he could answer it, so thank you in this way again András!

The room was clean. The staff were kind. We received even a small bed for our child even though we haven't asked.

There wasn't a mosquito net on the window in our room. That could be a minus if you visit there in hot weather.

Good location in the beautiful mountains of Matra. The staff was super helpful as I arrived after reception was closed but they made sure it wasn’t a problem. The room was big, clean and comfortable.
