Everything was super clean and the pool area was absolutely perfect (they allowed us to use it after check-out). The hotel also took care of arranging our car rental (which we appreciated because everything was sold out). What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone at the reception was incredibly friendly and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to feel so welcome and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They immediately assisted with my heavy luggage and personally escorted me to my room. Their knowledge, helpfulness, fluent English, and genuine kindness stood out — truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. The hotel is also perfectly located, just a 3-minute walk from the centre, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops, making everything easily accessible and convenient.

After reviewing the property online, it stated a 7–12 minute walk, which may be accurate without luggage. I thought I’d walk it, a huge mistake. Maps kept rerouting, and not knowing the area made it extremely frustrating in the heat with heavy luggage on uneven footpaths. What should have been a short walk turned into a challenging 45 minutes. On top of that, once I finally reached the hotel, there was still a fair distance of crushed road base to get to the entrance, not designed for wheeled suitcases. This is no reflection on the hotel itself, but something travellers with luggage should know in advance. A taxi ride is cheap, quick, and saves a lot of hassle. The advertised ‘7–12 minutes’ can be realistic if you’re travelling light, but it’s far from ideal with bags in tow

For Patmos standards this represents a fairly big hotel complex set up at 3-4 levels with sea views and an overall high aesthetic effect of the exterior design of the hotel complex. Each room has a balcony and the room interiors are very well organized making a very efficient use of space. I was surprised by the design of the room where indicatively I mention the bathroom which offered room for body , hair and other hygienic (i.e. shaving foam, shampoo, etc) that even 4 or 5 star hotels that I have stayed did not have. That is rooms are simplistic but with a very efficient use of space as well as amenities (i.e. number of plugs, drawers, etc). What the hotel did not offer is daily cleaning service where towels were changed every 2 days and trash pins every 3 days. What is the most remarkable aspect of the hotel is value for money. I would never expect such a price for such an overall experience in a similar to patmos (in commercial terms) greek island where normally prices for similar facilities at the period I stayed would be well over Euro 100 (approximately 70% more than the price I was charged) . I would definitely recommend this hotel at such prices

Sea view room allowed us to enjoy the sunset from the balcony. It was equally easy to walk to the western beach to sit and also enjoy the sunsets. Large deep pool that many guests don’t use so you pretty much have it to yourself. Wide choice of items for breakfast including pastries, cheese, yoghurt nuts and fruit. Coffee teas and juices.

The views come with the need to climb about 60 steps but there are ramps that make it a little easier. However they help burn the calories after breakfast.

My room had the sea view so it was pure bliss to watch the sunset and listen to the waves every morning and night. An atheistically designed hotel enhanced by the beautiful gardens. Fabulous buffet breakfast with variety of choices. Staff very helpful. Shall return again

Lovely little hotel, needed to extend the duration of my stay by one extra night and staff were super accommodating. Great location right by the beach and Skala. The breakfast included was a great addition, set me up perfectly for my days exploring Patmos. Would recommend! :)

The location of the hotel was superb.. only two minutes on foot from the centre! The staff was very polite and the size of the pool was really big, too. The breakfast was also excellent!

There was no wi-fi signal at the room.

The location is fantastic. The swimming pool was very good and relaxing. Alice, the .manager was super kind and welcomed us very warmly. Rooms comfortable and very clean. I really recommend that hotel foor you all specially for families with kids.

Lots of stray cats around the breakfast area. Breakfast was very limiting and not up to expectations.
