We had a great time in Patmos many thanks to our stay in this place. First of all, the host was very kind and very friendly. The room's decoration was amazing and they even welcomed us with such beautiful sandal tree smell. The fridge was full of butter, we had honey, orange juice and bread and a very good amount of coffee capsules. The room was so clean and they kept cleaning the room everyday. Everytime we were back from the beach the room was like no one ever stayed there as the house keeping was perfect. I felt like I was home. And the location was amazing, just 1 minute to the port and all the delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Dimitris so much for making us feel like we are home. We will definitely be back again.

Completely unique accommodation - a meticulously restored traditional stone house, full of historical features and character, furnished in keeping with the era. Very well equipped, with everything you would need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed. Daily housekeeping, which was a nice suprise, since it is an apartment. Excellent location only a 5 minute walk from the ferry port. Check in was easy and efficient. Recommended.

There are external communal areas, a garden, terrace and outdoor kitchen, shared with the other 3 apartments. It was not quite clear where we were allowed to go - but we didn't see anyone else, so it wasn't a problem!

Everything was perfect. Dimitris met us by the harbour and followed us the short way to his old house, which was incredibly charming, beautifully restored in original style and decorated with old items and fabrics. A separate tiny kitchen building was equipped with everything you could need to make breakfast or dinner and even equipped with local produce like fruit, wine, honey, yoghurt etc. We got the room with a roof terrace, which was very nice in the evening. There was also two places to sit in our own, private courtyard, so we could escape from the sun. A unique combination of old style and practicality. A perfect stay with fantastic hosts!

Nothing to dislike here.

Brilliantly renovated one floor house with respect to its heritage. Grate attention to detail. Clean with frequent cleaning service, great shower facilities, comfortable bed. Dimitris was a generous host offering us detailed instructions to reach the location and available any time. House is two blocks away from the port and the bus terminal. Recommended for a couple who seek an indoors oasis within the town of Skala and easy walking access to the comercial streets.

Host was detained away from the island, but was extremely responsive and helpful via messaging, giving detailed directions to the apartments and clarifying that we had only booked a one room apartment that we intended for two couples, so made a second apartment immediately available. We were scheduled to arrive at midnight on the ferry, which was delayed by an hour due to bad weather, so responding so well at that time of night was particularly commendable.

We were a bit confused by the photos when booking, thinking they were all one apartment and there were multiple bedrooms, whereas actually there is a complex of apartments with photos of many of them.

The apartment was very spacious. The traditional style of decor created a great atmosphere. It had all necessary amenities and was so close to the port, the taxi rank and the main shopping and eating areas. Dimitri was extremely helpful and informative and ensured that we had a wonderful stay in Patmos.

The mattresses were a little too soft, if you have back problems.

the property is in a great location within a couple of minutes walk from the port area. the room we had was the underground one which is quite unique and stayed very cool in summer. it is semi self-contained with facilities to prepare light meals. the apartment is a rustic style of decoration which is well done (imho) - there is a private area to eat outside the room that is part of the room area. the manager Dmitris was more then helpful and provided recommendations on where to go and what to see etc. also the staff cleaned the room each day.

there wasn’t much not to like about the property - a few mosquitos in the outdoor area but can’t fault the owners on that !

Absolutely stunning property. Beautifully restored with tasteful decor throughout. Our hosts Dimitris and Anastasia were so friendly and warm. They obviously care a lot about what they do and this is reflected in every detail of the property and service they provide. We could not have felt more welcome. We shall definitely be back!

Nothing to fault at all!

The host had very clear instructions on how to access the property. The room was immaculate and clean. The bed was very comfortable and walking distance to everything. I really enjoyed my stay as a female solo traveller. The hosts were so friendly and messaged you if you needed anything. I would stay again here and I recommend to all solo travellers or couples.

The traditional character of the property was lovely, fantastically central and felt like a relaxing home. We were looked after by owner and housekeeper with kindness and thoughtfulness.

Occasionally we looked for a kitchen utensil that we didn’t find - scissors, bottle opener. It took us a few days to realize that closing the shutters helps with limiting noise from the opposite cafe and continuous stream of delivery motorbikes! We then used the air conditioning rather than opening windows, which worked perfectly.
