Location great - at the city center but away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Staff were very supportive, knowledgeable and friendly, willing to go the extra mile. That is the highlight.

There is room for improvement - not all rooms had TVs, not many options on existing TV. Some more toiletries could be provided. Bathrooms, although clean looked very old. One door didn't close properly although it didn't matter much as the area was covered. A little refurbishing could make this hotel beyond excellent... It has great staff and location. Little and more diverse toiletries could also be provided.

Located right in the middle of the city thus it was very convenient to access and there was a good space for parking as well. The air conditioned room was spacious with 2 double beds and one single bed, comfortably accommodating 5 people. Washroom was okay in condition, with hot water, but I'd say don't expect luxury conditions.(It was more than enough for the price however) Breakfast tasted good but the options were limited.

The restaurant conditions were okay, but felt like there's room for improvement as well as could be better maintained. Room had few power sockets which is good, but half of them were old 5A round sockets. Felt like it is better if they could be replaced with new 13A ones or provide adapters.

This hotel is excellent value for the price. We stayed in a family room with 3 double beds. The room was large, reasonably clean with a private bathroom. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The room also had an air conditioning which some central management. There were electric sockets in the room and toilet paper in the bathroom. The location is central, convenient for the railway station. For the Internet we do not know, we better used our SIM. There’s also a ‘restaurant’ on the ground floor, the food was very good, but it took very long to come, so I’m not sure how the restaurant actually works. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back again.

I'm really thrilled that I chose to stay in this hotel. The room was good and there was Hot water and a mini fridge inside it . and it was clean .closer to town , jaffna market , main bus stand and railway station. It's really safe out there and the staff was really supportive and wonderful. i was a little worried about the negative comments and ratings but trust me worth the price and location

There was tv which wasn't working and the AC was not working properly but these are minor stuff which can be fixed .

Room was very clean. Room are with air conditioning and inbuilt washroom. Great room for the price. Host was very responsive. Provided complimentary bed tea.

I really liked this place. The WiFi worked great. The rooms are clean. Staff is nice and very accommodating. The minibar was a true treat as most places in Sri Lanka don’t offer a mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was tasty. Tv in the room worked and had some English programming available. The hotel’s location is very good as transportation isn’t required to get many items.

There were a lot of bad reviews so I was a little worried but we had a great experience. The staff was all very helpful and kind. Room was great for the price. Clean enough. There was a TV and a kettle too. They also have cycles that you can borrow for free.

It was great. And for this price, zero complaints.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was helping me out whenever needed. They provided an excellent laundry service, too. The room was perfect, clean and quiet. The location of the hotel was perfect for me: close to the railway station, the temple and the beach.
