Love the place breakfast was great 👍

The room was spacious and had a separate sitting area and very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub area was amazing and they served a full hot breakfast. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and always had a smile on her face.

The bed skirts were very dirty and the shower had a huge wad of hair on the wall that should have been very easy to see by housekeeping. There were also a dirty towel and trash under the bathroom shelves.

The hotel was very old and worn looking inside. NOT what I expected from a booking.com experience. The staff could NOT speak English so it was a battle to communicate. Our door would not open anytime we left and came back so we would have to wrestle with it and damn near break our shoulders hitting it to get in. Tried to explain that to desk clerk but was impossible due to language barrier

I received used keys cards to enter room which made it hard to enter the room in a timely fashion but my husband handled it for me not to complain, & I asked a housekeeper which had to open my door for me, could I give her my towels out of my room but she said not at the moment but it was ok but than that everything was good

The location is perfect, close to WInStar. We've used this hotel before. It's pet friendly although we didn't bring our pet this time. You can't tell it is.

The only thing is the elevator is small. It is a littler noisy, but our room wasn't near it. Other than that, it was a great stay. Did not use the breakfast bar.

The property wasn't in a bad location. It was close to everything. The bed was amazing. Very comfortable!

The only things I didn't care too much for were the room we stayed in looked like it was broken into. They could have replaced the door. Also, everything in the room looked like second-hand furniture. It could have been because it was a pet friendly room. Not what you expect to walk into when the property looked great on the outside. I stayed at another suite that was pet friendly and it was very nice.

Very convenient location. Room was spacious and stayed cool, which was very nice considering the August heat. Nice surprise to have a pull out sofa. Everyone had room to spread out with firm, comfy mattresses and linens.

Property in general was fine. Bugs in the tub; dead roaches in the dining area; weird stains on the sofa. Doors were extremely heavy to open.

The breakfast was very good. I would be happy to stay there again. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was the eggs with the breakfast. I would have liked scrambled eggs better.

I was there a couple weeks and the room wasn't serviced as much as I would have liked. I know they said to ask for service but I would forget. That's more my fault.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, especially at reception and the lady who tended to the breakfast room. The food at breakfast was also plentiful and excellent while it also varied, which was welcome!

The interior is tired in places which is the only reason to not give the hotel full marks.
