Good breakfast,comfy room,great pool and fantastic double sun beds.

The check in experience was very stressful,we had a difficult journey and whilst the staff were trying to be helpful it just didnt work for us,at 5* stays we usually find a much smoother & easier check in,this felt hassled. We felt that to not provide water at dinner unless you paid separately for it was miserly in the extreme given the star rating of the resort.

The resort is just incredible, featuring amazing amenetieis but the most remarkable of NUMO is the brilliant team they have. Every single member of staff are just the nicest people you can come across, making the stay even more enjoyable if possible.

There is not a negative thing about it.

Super friendly personnel. The hotel is cosy, pretty and ideally located. The equipments are high quality. It is a perfect place to relax and chill in a private environment. The food quality in their several restaurants was really top quality, as well as the service.

The food quality at Lunch was ok, not the best I had on the Island. However the restaurant were really great. Also, I asked which water activities could be done (jetski, etc.) but no choice was offered except from the diving center which is in the Hotel. It would be great to have more activities offered around the place.

The facilities (pools, sea access, gym, tennis courts) were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

The TV only had German channels and the screen mirroring only connects to Android phones which is a shame for English iPhone users. It rained while we were there so would have been nice to be able to use the TV.

We had a great stay at Numo. The resort is beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. There’s room for improvement but would definitely consider coming back if we’d be looking for a type of holiday like we had , which was a few relaxing days at the beach

Gym definitely needs lots of improvement. It’s pretty poorly equipped. We managed to get some exercise out of it, but forget about any serious workouts. Bed was a little too soft for our liking . Rooms although nicely designed, the finish was not of a high standard.

I recently had an extraordinary stay at Numo Ierapetra resort, and I am still buzzing with excitement from the incredible experience. Let me start by commending the staff for their genuine warmth and friendliness. Mohamed, in particular, stood out for his kindness and his unwavering commitment to making us feel welcome and looked after. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfection. The interior design of Numo Ierapetra is a gem. Every corner of the resort is thoughtfully crafted, creating an ambiance of simple elegance with a modern twist that transmits a sense of peace and tranquility. One cannot talk about this resort without mentioning the swimming pool and beach area. The main pool area offers the best of both worlds – a breathtaking view of the beach and a luxurious pool experience. It is a dreamy oasis where one can savor the beauty of the sea while immersing themselves in the serenity of the pool. What elevated the pool experience even further was the presence of an incredible DJ who played melodic beats that resonated in perfect harmony with the surroundings, enhancing the overall experience. Numo Ierapetra also offers an array of activities that cater to every guest's interests. Few highlights were the complimentary 15-minute massage at the spa and the scuba diving trial in the pool. The resort truly understands the importance of providing a wide range of activities to cater to every guest's desires. I would be remiss not to give a special shout-out to Denis, who showed us around the resort with great enthusiasm and professionalism. His exceptional customer skills and his infectious smile made me feel a valued guest. He went out of his way to provide valuable insights into the resort's offerings. In conclusion, my stay at Numo Ierapetra was an unforgettable experience. I hope to return to this magical place of beauty and relaxation very soon.

Everything. It’s beautiful. Such a relaxing stay. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond. The location right on the beach is so nice. The main swimming pool was ice cold but so nice once in then you come out and walk to the beach and into the sea which then felt like a bath. Highly recommend this hotel for a lovely relaxing stay. Everything about it is amazing. There is not much around outside of the hotel, we had a car for the week which you would need if wanting to mix it up and go out.

Some English channels would be good in the TV in the room. It’s all focussed around German, Swiss etc. We loved everything else about the property.

the calming vibe. having a dj pool and a silent pool. spa & shoppe on location. lots of olive trees on the property. plenty of healthy eating options at breakfast (I mean, who has both non-fat greek yogurt and full fat to choose from?). outdoor movie screen at night. exercise space. adults only resort.

i can't think of anything. one thing I would add to the main restaurant is a bar-height eating table for 8 or 10 that anyone/mixed parties would be welcome to dine at (so that solo travelers and others have an option to dine together without knowing each other ahead of time) -humble thought from a solo traveler.

Amazing breakfast - along with the facilities of the resort, it’s the best trait of NUMO! The pool and beach areas are also extremely relaxing and nice. Loved the experience!

Music and entertainment at the pool could be louder and more emphasised. Otherwise, the DJ touch is very nice!

The property itself is very cool, I like the DJ playing by the pool and at night, great music. The staff were friendly and they gave us lots of little extras. The breakfast was also decent, the prawn saganaki was up there with the best dish we had all holiday. The free massage was also a nice touch!

The fact that it was nespresso pod coffee at breakfast, I am on holiday and don’t want to make my own coffee but that is a small gripe.
