Good breakfast,comfy room,great pool and fantastic double sun beds.

The check in experience was very stressful,we had a difficult journey and whilst the staff were trying to be helpful it just didnt work for us,at 5* stays we usually find a much smoother & easier check in,this felt hassled. We felt that to not provide water at dinner unless you paid separately for it was miserly in the extreme given the star rating of the resort.

Super friendly personnel. The hotel is cosy, pretty and ideally located. The equipments are high quality. It is a perfect place to relax and chill in a private environment. The food quality in their several restaurants was really top quality, as well as the service.

The food quality at Lunch was ok, not the best I had on the Island. However the restaurant were really great. Also, I asked which water activities could be done (jetski, etc.) but no choice was offered except from the diving center which is in the Hotel. It would be great to have more activities offered around the place.

The resort is just incredible, featuring amazing amenetieis but the most remarkable of NUMO is the brilliant team they have. Every single member of staff are just the nicest people you can come across, making the stay even more enjoyable if possible.

There is not a negative thing about it.

The facilities (pools, sea access, gym, tennis courts) were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.

The TV only had German channels and the screen mirroring only connects to Android phones which is a shame for English iPhone users. It rained while we were there so would have been nice to be able to use the TV.

We had a great stay at Numo. The resort is beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. There’s room for improvement but would definitely consider coming back if we’d be looking for a type of holiday like we had , which was a few relaxing days at the beach

Gym definitely needs lots of improvement. It’s pretty poorly equipped. We managed to get some exercise out of it, but forget about any serious workouts. Bed was a little too soft for our liking . Rooms although nicely designed, the finish was not of a high standard.

Beautiful hotel, with a big outdoor pool and a nice beachfront. Not too crowded, with a relaxed atmosphere. The suite I stayed in was simply amazing. Very stylishly decorated, functional and with good airconditioning. The terrace and private pool were great to enjoy, at an affordable price. Delicious food and lovely reception staff. It is an excellent getaway for couples or solo travelers. The town of Ierapetra is a ten-minute taxi ride away and the hotel also offers trips to other places in the south-east of Crete.

My suite had a private pool, which got dirty with leaves and dead bugs after two days of no cleaning. I had to specifically ask for maintenance, which should have been done automatically. But once it was cleaned, it was once again a pleasure to use. While staff at the reception are wonderful and helpful, staff at the restaurant seemed at times overwhelmed, especially at dinner, ignoring some of my requests or being snappy. But I see this as a consequence of their workload, so it is more of a management issue.

We had a really lovely stay here. Our room was beautiful, the property was gorgeous, the open air movie nights are fun, the dinner buffet was delicious. There are beautiful views all around the property. The spa was amazing. The beach is coarse and pebbly, but still beautiful.

There was a bit of a competitive edge to everything at the resort. A few examples: people all rush to the beach or the pool first thing after breakfast to reserve the best lounger spots. Perhaps more loungers would alleviate this? Secondly, due to dinner time being quite constricted by Greek standards (only from 7 - 9:30pm, whereas dinners typically run much later in greece), people would queue up early for dinner in order to get a good table outside, rather than be forced to sit inside. At the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet, as soon as their end time was reached, all the food would be taken away / thrown out very quickly, so if you arrive near to the end of the time, you likely won't be able to get good food or much food at all.

The hotel is well-situated, close to the town making it convenient for guests. Great for a peaceful getaway, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. Two pools, including a quiet pool, provide options for both relaxation and socializing.The buffet offers diverse food options daily, catering to various tastes. Beautiful beach and pool area enhance the overall experience, perfect for sunbathing and leisure. Overall This hotel is a fantastic choice for adults looking for a relaxing vacation with good amenities and a lovely beach setting.

- Drinks at breakfast: barista coffee is reserved for people drinking alternative milk. People drinking normal milk must use the automatic machine which has a completely different taste; No fresh juices (e.g. pure orange juice)

The hotel is new and the design perfect for a relaxing holiday. Room was beautiful and spacious and staff very helpful with every request

You have to be in line for 10/15min every morning to get a cappuccino. I’m sorry but in a 5star hotel you should have it served directly on the table. So overall, it’s a very nice place but I find it too costly for the value. Also the set menu restaurant was not very good
