It was gated and had security so I felt it was safe. It was quiet during our stay. The facility was very clean. Rooms were nice. Bathroom had big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash attachment in the shower as well as lotion by the sink. I didn’t have to unpack my stuff. I liked that. It was also a better quality of shampoo etc than what you get in the mini bottles that come with most rooms. They had washer/dryer on site. We didn’t use due to time but it’s a nice option to have. Staff were nice.

It was behind another hotel and it was kind of dark. Not sure about the neighborhood we were in because we didn’t get there until after dark. One of the main reasons I chose this place is for the breakfast. We wanted to pick a place where we could eat there and get back on the road without making a separate stop. It was not what was pictured on the website. The sausage was edible but rubbery. The waffles were good though. They did have cereal but only skim or 2% milk. There was no bacon or potatoes or other stuff that was pictured. Two of the juices were out and the other two were watered down. I didn’t try the omelets. We did have breakfast options so I was glad for that but as far as what was advertised, I was disappointed.

The breakfast was good but could do a better job of making sure items are restocked during the allotted time. Waffle mix was out. Bread supply for toast was very low etc

We stayed two nights and our trash was not collected after the first night. Could also use a second trash can in the room as the only one was in the bathroom and it was very small. I did leave a shirt and called as soon as I got home. Was told they would check with housekeeper and get back to me. 3 days and still haven’t heard anything.

We were only there for one evening passing through on a trip to North Carolina the room was clean and spacious front desk staff was great

The complimentary breakfast was not very complimentary. The coffee was not drinkable. Motels that offer this need to knock it off and save money and pass the savings on to the customers. Plan the location to include a restaurant or close by a restaurant that offers 24 hour service. People don’t mind paying for good food. Free food that is not edible - not so much.

The entire place was so clean. As soon as you walk in you could smell that the staff had been cleaning. Our room was really nice and the bed was slightly firm but was so comfortable to me!! The breakfast was actually seasoned and we enjoyed it. We were visiting for an event at the Coliseum and the location was great. Directly across the road from the side entrance gate. Can't wait to visit again.

Everything exceeded my expectations, but on a very minor level the only thing I could even find that I could say anything on was the hot chocolate station was out most of the time. Like I said minor, but maybe just for a fyi.

Great location for events at the coliseum…several fast food choices close by this location. Coffee station set up in lobby 24hr.

AC could have blown a little cooler and maybe a note letting patrons understand the controls on the wall didn’t control the unit, the controls were on the actual unit itself. More electrical outlets would have been nice bc usb station on bedside table didn’t work well.

The staff was nice. We got in earlier than expected and they accommodated with that. The breakfast was really good. The location was great as well

The beds aren't as comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and my back hurt every morning

The location was perfect! It was in the vicinity of the conference I attended.

I didn't like that they didn't notify me when I checked in, that I had to ask for housekeeping. So, I had to go down to request some towels.

I did have a small incident...Maintenance was mopping the floor and the cleaning product must have contained bleach because the bottom of my jumper is bleached. I filed an incident report. But. Everyone was really nice and the location was very clean.

The check in staff were very friendly and accomodating. We got to breakfast the last hour and some things had been all eaten, like bagels, chocolate waffle mix and bananas, but what was still available was good. The breakfast lady was very nice, too.

When we arrived, our room door was propped open and someone had used the bathroom and had not flushed which is how we knew the bathroom had been used. I went back down to make sure noone was checked into that room. So that was weird, disturbing and gross. There is no water spout or place to get water. Like at other hotels, the ice machine will have a water spout or there is water available in the lobby area with the tea and coffee makings.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast buffet. Didn't feel like a chain.
