Location: 9/10 nearby eateries-Korean, Hotpot, Coffee House. Service: 10/10 flawless. Couldn't find anything to complain about. Fast check in, the staff will lead you to your room. From front desk to housekeeping to restaurant, extremely fast service. Helpful staff. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean. Restaurant: Free hotpot everyday from 5pm onwards. Great service, thanks to Thuy for recommending the fresh fish. Seriously tasty. Breakfast was simple with a few main courses but tasty. Room: Small but it has an elegant feel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Communication: Staff able to communicate well in English. Got a basement room, absolutely stunning views with a big sharing balcony. It's safe as there are staff patrolling frequently. Overall, great hospitality and we had a great experience. Thank you.

Very boring breakfast. Hotel should consider adding English breakfast (baked beans, hash brown, for guest who don't eat local Vietnam food. The chef making the egg could not speak simple English at all. We requested for sunny sideup egg but she made us omelet instead. For the bread, please at least provide strawberry jam at least guest can eat it without the egg. Fried rice is plain and not tasty at all. Choices of Vege almost the same for 3 days in a row. The hot coffee is not not warm is cold.

Has a good view of the Dalat Staff in the restaurant has good customer service. Have veggie buffet dinner included

No receptionist ready to receive guest in the morning when we reached Dalat early morning to leave bags if not possible check in early. When we came, the receptionist seems just woke up, asked us to wait and went to WC for a period of time before attending to us. Property should have proper storage for luggages and not just left luggage near the entrance. Might as well bring the luggages in the room of the guest when ready since room has already been assigned and checked-in.

We stayed for 3D2N in New Life Hotel during our recent visit to Dalat. It was a super pleasant stay. We like everything about this hotel. Staffs were really friendly & attentive. They helped with the decoration of our mum's room for her birthday surprise with much thoughtfulness & kindness. The decoration was nice, cake was delicious. Mum was happy. Thanks for that! The view from our rooms was spectacular - Dalat city view during the day & great night view when it turned dark. So beautiful! Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices & charming view from the restaurant. Hot pot for dinner is delicious too with a wide variety of fresh vegetables available. Service is good, staffs are helpful & polite. Room is spacious & very clean. Very well maintained buildings. The hotel provides motorbike rental services at reasonable price. Many motorbikes available and most of them are new. There are quite a few restaurants & cafes nearby.

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. I mistakenly booked a room with a view of the street, without any problems they immediately offered to change it to a room with a view of the city. The rooms are clean, the bed sheets and towels are all snow-white without stains. Good Vietnamese breakfasts. A pleasant surprise was that they served dinner in the form of a broth with a brazier and a buffet of greens and noodles (free of charge).

This hotel’s central location is ideal for exploring the night market and Xuan Huong Lake without hassle. The room was clean and featured a lovely city view. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, which meant noise traveled through more than expected

The View. It is a spectacular view, be certain to book a room with a view of the city and mountain range, and ideally with a balcony or near to a balcony. Staff are helpful and friendly. All ammenities are good quality. Note that prepayment is required so if not Vietnamese speaking, ask a person fluent in Vietnamese to assist you with the bank transfer in VND as requested by hotel.

I was here for two days and appreciated the clean, well-organized room and soft bed. The hotel’s proximity to Da Lat Flower Garden made exploring hassle-free. The curtains seemed a bit outdated, so I hope they get replaced.

I liked the modern room, breakfast and veg pho in the evening. I also appreciated the staff's service. Everyone was great!

I appreciated that the location was quiet, but I would have liked more places that we walkable to the hotel.

I really liked the city view from the dining area, it makes breakfast more enjoyable. The hotel is a bit old, but it’s well kept. The location is perfect for visiting famous spots like the Valley of Love.
