Breakfast arrangement was so neat, every single bread or fruit was individually wrapped and kept. Very good breakfast options including hot coffee. The staff very friendly especially the front office lady Ms.Joanne Raymon was very kind, friendly and helpful in suggesting nearby tourist attractions.

I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler here at this hotel. Check in was very simple and the place was very quiet, so I didn't feel alarmed or bothered whatsoever. The front desk people were very accommodating and assisted me with an issue with being charged twice for my room, but it wasn't the hotels fault. Highly recommend this stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean, except for the white powder and dead bugs in the drawers. Clean microwave and refrigerator, which actually kept drinks cold. Good breakfast, close to fast food restaurants and about ten minutes from downtown shopping and more restaurants. Staff was pleasant.

Did wish they had parking in the back though.

Property was clean, staff was kind linens soft and comfortable.

It would have been ideal for us if closer to downtown Brownsville. However, not really an issue.

The hotel was quiet and the room was exceptionally clean. Location was ideal.

The breakfast was disappointing. Not too many choices and lots of high fructose corn syrup in everything.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable doing check in.

I could not make phone contact with the front desk after I had went out on a project.

The breakfast was fine. We overslept, so we thought we’d missed it, but there was still items we could grab and go. That was perfect. Also, a nice dark room.

My only complaint is that there was only one packet of regular coffee-the other one was decaf.
