Great location for activities at National Fairgrounds. many nearby restaurants. Nice open areas, courtyard well maintained.

They have started renting rooms weekly, this has attracted some uncomfortable clientele. Many clusters of people hanging around and smoking outside their rooms. New front desk people not as friendly as last year's clerks,

Everything was above expectation, I did not try the breakfast though. Do not judge the place by first appearance. When we entered our room we were amazed at how nice and clean it all was. Very neat and coordinated. The outside shows the age as it is one of the more seasoned hotels in Perry. The inside of room was modern, up to date very spacious and nice. Loved it and will go back again when visiting Perry.

Very clean and well taken care of. Owners were very nice and responded quickly to our needs.

Location was ok, but a little sketchy just up the road from us. I also wish there would have been a coffee maker in the room of at the front desk. There was also no one T the front desk at night so I’m Not sure what we would have done had we needed something.

new management is try hard to update the facilities,good value for a travel stop, clean ,comfortable.

If you like a hot shower not posible ,water comes little cool for me , they share parking lot with another hotel and from that place was some kids playing basketball at 10:30 pm ….totally annoying not the hotel fault but still and inconvenience if you just want to rest.

The bed was so comfortable.

The desk clerk was great. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The beds were so comfortable, and the pillows were amazing.

The pool was out of order, and the shower head wasn't the greatest but still great place.

Nothing fancy. Just a good clean room with a friendly staff at a very good price. Very economical. Bed was very comfortable. Convenient to everything I needed.

There was a pool but was not in operation. Grounds could use a bit more attention. No Ice machine.

It was clean. I was centrally located. Close to everything that was needed.

The only thing that I didnt like was that the front office was not attended all the time. I spent 20 minutes trying to turn my key in. I finally left it at the access window.

The staff did not clean room during stay due to covid......there was no functioning ice machine at the hotel.....
