Resort location and high level customer service from every service area. Food service staff especially dedicated, attentive and very cordial. Nice gift upon check out.

Inaccurate menu descriptions and lacking items. Food temperature inconsistent while dining at outdoor event venue. Consideration given, but!!! During ongoing renovations, guests should be made aware while booking. However, we did receive the same suite as our previous visit for our wedding.

The Golf Hotel is a great hotel in a relatively rural small town. It is convenient, great value for money. It is my first choice in Kakamega

The breakfast is good the other meals are fairly average. But it was easy to walk into town and find alternatives

The Golf Hotel is my go to place in Kakamega. While the building and rooms may be a little tired I can totally overlook that because of the staff, the cleanliness and the location. it is excellent value for money with beautiful grounds.

The rooms may be a little tired but I can live with that.
