It was nice to have underground parking as the temp was in the high 90s. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful ... something for everyone. It was great to be able to eat outside on the patio and view the river. The room had comfortable seating, places for luggage without sacrificing a desk or table. Bathroom had plenty of counter space for toiletries. Overall it was quite comfortable.

I have no suggestions at this time. I was quite content with my choice to stay here.

The facilities were updated, clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations! I'm gluten and dairy sensitive and there were plenty of options for me. My boys loved the pancakes (cool new machine!), cinnamon buns and chocolate milk :). The pool and hot tub was also very enjoyable. There was also one of those water fountains that you can refill water bottles with, which I always appreciate.

We liked the location- pretty much walked everywhere including downtown and OSU. Staff was very pleasant and always appreciate free breakfast and cookies in the afternoon. Room was comfortable- they provided free earplugs but we found it to be pretty quiet even though it is on a somewhat busy street.

Rooms are great, but exterior could use a nice powerwash.

Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful. Facilities were uniquely decorated, and inspired by OSU and Corvallis. Very nice, short stay. My husband enjoyed the freshly baked cookies. Breakfast was decent.

I expected the bed and pillows to be as comfortable as the last 3 Holiday Inn Express stays. It was not.

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was similar in quality to other such motel buffets, but with a greater variety, and you can eat out on the deck looking over the river. Location is walkable to downtown and near a path along the river.

Price seemed a bit high.

The price. We paid almost $1000 for two nights since OSU had graduation this weekend. It’s a basic, comfortable, clean hotel. Had I paid $125 a night, it would have been a good stay!

Arrived early, asked if we could store bags before actual room check-in time and they got us into a room straightaway. We were surprised to be given a river view room. The place is clean, minimalistic and walkable to all of the lively downtown attractions.

Parking was stressful as it got filled up fast. I found a spot but had to go into the garage with the roof box on my car and it was a tight fit. Had I gotten in later I fear there would have been no spots.

Loved that it was close to everything we needed. From the charming downtown area, to OSU campus and stores. The river view was AMAZING!

We had difficulty with the tv signal. We kept getting a “No Signal currently scanning” on a majority of the channels when we finally got back to the room to rest.

Check in was easy and reception was friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast was okay - fairly typical scrambled egg, cold cereal, oatmeal fare.

My daughter-in-law booked on a different internet site, got an identical room with a river view and on the same floor as ours but she paid $50 less per night than we did with our "genius" discount on Booking.com.
