Room wad nice. Saw some black spots on the shower area. 1st night proved to let us know walls were paper thin. With earplugs we could hear the next door room from bout 2'ish am to almost 5 am...no sleep! Rest of stay was good, until we left on Friday, where the maid starting knocking on the door at bout 9:15 am to see if we were out of the room. & we weren't & I filled outcheck online stating we'd be out by 10:45, with check out by 11 am. 9:30 am was approached by the same maid asked if were out yet... I told her no, not yet. So felt like we were being pushed out.... that was a huge negative after a good experience.

Checking in was simple and quick. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and the refrigerator was larger than what you find in most motel rooms. Very quiet.

When I checked out the gentleman behind the counter never looked up from his computer screen and just said "here you go," as he handed me my receipt. Not friendly. While the room was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a lot of rust around the doorframe, and the walls were spotted.

The room was comfortable and clean. We initially had an issue with the bathroom vent being very noisy, but as soon as we called maintenance, it was dealt with in 20 minutes. Very fast reactions from staff, great conversations with other guests.

There was someone who kept blasting music in the parking lot (we suspect) every hour since 2AM and it was hard for management to get them to stop. We had to call the police for them to leave.

The location wasn't that bad near the highway though a little that's the only downside

The pool was closed it had been closed for several months if I would have known that I would have stayed somewhere else with an open pool breakfast could have been more

The convenience to the highway I needed to get to the Motel and OSU. The young man at the front desk was very affable and helpful.

The hallway smelled like a brewery some of the time that we were there. Felt the floor wasn't vacuumed but found out later that they were very thorough with the vacuuming.

Convenience and easy to get to

Didn’t realize until my last day that HK services were every few days. Would have liked HK daily or maybe every other day. I ran out of soap & shampoo. Could have also used more ice bucket liners and emptying of trash.

The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Fairly good lighting in the room. In addition, the room was quiet despite the fact that there is a busy road next to it. Close to the university, convenient for downtown activities, and the location near the river was great.

The door to the room was quite hard to open. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and not very pleasant. Breakfast could have more options to choose from (more protein stuff and fresh fruit). The pool and hot tub were out of order.

Clean, updated nice room, friendly staff, quiet, great location within walking distance of pubs and restaurants and a nice paved trail along the river. I think it was a good value for what I paid.

Better mattress as the one in my room was not very comfortable.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Being so close to downtown restaurants, shops, and the river was great.

The area designated for pet potty was dark and deserted at night. I chose to walk my dog out by the sidewalk in front and under the lights.

Location near the river was great with lots of fun walkable restaurants and shops. The room was nice and comfortable. The bed was nice and the room smelled clean.

Breakfast was adequate for a free breakfast. Could use more or better protein options. Bathrooms were clean but had some elements like a sagging shower curtain or elements of mildew near the floor that had been covered by baseboard like material.
