Went for the cheapest option to travel for a medical procedure. Driving up, we were a little worried because the hotel is definitely off the beaten path but were pleasantly surprised checking in and getting to the room. The hotel seems family run, which made us feel safer. The room and facilities are very clean, bed comfortable. Great for a quick stay and needing to be comfortable and clean after my procedure. Will stay again, great for the price.

Liked everything except one problem. Will be back for every work week in the near future.

Only problem I had was I could not get my Playstation 5 to connect to the wifi. The error message kept stating that it was an ISP problem or router problem or something. Hopefully can get it fixed up sometime, not make or break though, most of my time spent is at work or asleep.

Close to the highway so easy to find at night. Was clean

The walls are thin you can neighbours. Didn’t get much sleep from people talking next door and the room above someone was pacing the room with heeled shoes all night till 3am - not the property’s fault for their inconsiderate guests but they maybe should have ‘quiet hours’ made aware to guests (we have had this in other older motels normally 10pm -6am)

This facility has a bad reputation 20 years ago but it's not that same facility! I stay here a lot when in the valley! Its super clean and super affordable!

I don't like the fluctuating prices! From 560.00 for 5 days to 470.00 for 7 days when I extended. It seems like someone is changing prices when I feel that should be consistent!

It was convenient to my dog trial. I love that the room did not have carpet, as I am always afraid that if it is a pet room, the previous pet could have had fleas that they left behind. While the wooden furniture was a little bit worn, the rest of the room looked updated and very clean.

Other dog people who were there and left dog feces behind when there was a designated area to potty your dog with bags and disposal.

Ada room well appointed.. ease of layout. Very clean. Check in easy and friendly host. I needed latechrck on and were ready on arrival. Good communication on that.aG

Minimal handicapped spots for rooms. Numbering system of rooms is unusual . Would be easier if rooms with 200s would be onn2nd floor with 100s ground floor. Some 200s were on ground floor.

This was not your average Motel 6. When I entered the room. I could really tell the pride and attention that was taken by the staff. My room was very clean and comfortable. There was not a hair in the shower. The sheets were clean. Those two combined. Usually decide how I feel about the room. The room looked newly remodeled. It was nice that it was not far away from the highway. There was a gas station in the parking lot too. Which I liked. Most of the staff was very kind. And the other staff it seemed it could have been an off day. They did their job which I appreciate.

There were some issues with my booking through booking. They figured it out. But the check in took a bit of time. The tv remote didn’t work properly. I chose not to say anything to the staff the night I was staying. And after mentioning it in the morning. They said they would have fixed it for me. Or shown me how to work it. Getting someone out to take a look would be a good thing to do. Seems it’s the case of several rooms. But honestly the willingness to make things better really made up for it. They also mentioned trying a new cleaning solution for the floors. Which I didn’t get dirty feet. So I was happy about that. I think staff should be paid better too. They deserve it.

They have a very friendly and professional staff, and this included everyone from the front office to the personal cleaning the rooms and the property. Thank you very much for making my stay enjoyable.

I have nothing bad to say at all. Thanks again to everyone in your staff.

It was quiet and clean. Not sure I could ask for more for the price. Some other people were complaining about minor items, but I had no issue. The shower had warm water. The soap they stock isn't fantastic. So bring your own, but overall a good experience for the price.

Parking was a little crowded, but there are spots.

Stayed in the same place years ago when it was just a cheap place to stay when working in the area. New owners now and it is still a great value but has been newly remodeled. Rooms are very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is good with easy access from the freeway and lots of restaurants in the area. Will definitely be staying there in the future.

Had a minor issue when I got to my room (water leak from upstairs) but it was quickly handled and I moved to another room. No shampoo in the rooms but asked at the desk and it was quickly provided. Parking lot is rough.
