The breakfast was excellent. We especially loved the lady who did the breakfast on Monday- Thursday. She was so kind and positive. She worked REALLY hard to make all those eating breakfast feel happy and satisfied. She was attentive and observant. When some item needed to be replenished, she would quickly get the job done...........all with a smile on her face.

Some of the exercise machines were not working and therefore we could not do all of the exercises we had wanted to do. They need to be fixed and put in good working order.

I paid a premium price to get a hotel that included breakfast, but upon arrival that I had prepaid - we were informed that the elevator was out of service and the pool was also down for some reason. We carried our own bags up to 2nd floor. I was hoping to enjoy the pool, so disappointed. We did have the option to cancel and rebook, but chose not to hassle with the 3rd party app we reserved under.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The fact that they are a pet friendly hotel was paramount, but the room was fantastic and can’t say enough about the staff.

The coffee was mediocre, and they are still using the little mini pots in the rooms, which never make a good cup. Would love to see Keurig K cups for the rooms, or at least a communal Keurig in the lobby, as lots of us bring our own Kups. These things are just little personal gripes of mine, and wouldn’t want these to reflect on this neat hotel any further than personal gripe.

The friendly and helpful staff! They always had a smile for us. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! The breakfast exceeded our expectations. There were so many choices and the food was fresh and hot! The building is a little older but it’s very well cared for.

The elevator was not working (this is only an issue because of bad knees)

Quiet comfy room made for a terrific nights sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions and directions. Water tea coffee cookies in the lobby were always appreciated. Breakfast was good. Location was also very good. Property felt safe.

I don’t have any negative things to say about our stay.

The beds were very comfortable. (We had two queen beds.) The room was big with plenty of space for luggage. The location was good in that the building was essentially behind the Econo Lodge and therefore NOT right on a busy road, therefore quiet. There were self-service laundry machines, though we didn't need to use them. We were able to walk to a couple of restaurants, though there are better restaurants downtown, which we had to drive to. There is a "free" breakfast, though it is a typical chain hotel breakfast, therefore nothing special. There are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance.

The showers were probably the water conservation kind, which is commendable, but the water pressure would sometimes drop a fair bit. Luckily the water temperature did not change when that happened.

The breakfast was diverse and delicious with a lot of hot breakfast items. Staff is amazing and very helpful.

Only thing that I don't like is that for the last 3 plus years I have stayed at this comfort inn location in corvallis with no deposit ever with no issues with the room or any property of the hotel. Now there is a huge jump to a 250$ deposit and it's just too much of a deposit especially so much of an increase so quickly. Zero to 250$ in just a few months since my last stay. I would like this to change at least for regular loyal customers.

Surprisingly decent breakfast. Made fresh waffles and had an apple and yogurt daily with eggs and sausage. Room was spacious. Hotel could really use a carpet cleaning and the hotel had a strong cleaning chemical order everywhere, including in our room so we had to keep the window open all 3 days. Bring your own pillows if possible and beds are very soft. The price was so affordable though and the location was great. Will stay again.

Please use oderless cleaner if possible! The smell was really really strong!

The bathtub was awesome, and it was very clean. It was a great getaway for me and my wife

The TV was outdated, and the customer service was non-existent.. there wasn't any breakfast, which I understand that the cook didn't make it in...

Comfort Inns are always clean and quiet. Beds are extremely comfortable. Elevator was out of service and a maid carried one of my suitcases to my room on second floor. Good location.

Elevator out of service, but I was physically able to use stairs without incident.
