The breakfast selection was good, but the dining room is small and there were families with small children and thus it was very noisy and sort of crowded. It was important to come early in the morning to enjoy a quiet breakfast.

The pool and jacuzzi are having low capacity. 10 persons maximum for the pool and 4 persons for the jacuzzi. Since the hotel has about seventy rooms, it was difficult to find the right time to enjoy a swim. Again lot of children jumping into the pool, splashing and playing in the jacuzzi.....

We have stayed there several times and have never had cause to complain. Staff have always been so friendly there and accomadations are very good. Love that we can have our little dog there.

The cements steps in the back were very stained and unsightly but we noticed just before we left that they were painting them. Also noticed the room next to us we could hear them talking very late at night

The checkin was smooth and the room was very comfortable. We loved the Keurig coffee machine.

We had a room with an adjoining door to the next room and we could hear almost every word spoken in the other room. It was not a good experience. We went to use the hot tub but it was only filled to half of its capacity and although it was warm the lack of water made it uncomfortable.

The manager and was rude disrespectful and accused myself and guest of smoking in the room then tried changing me 500$ then 400$ then 300$ then 200$ then 150$. I tried disputing the false accusations. Requested proof and was denied and told to call corporate to deal with my issue. My only issue was the multiple charges to my card and how rude the manager was when I called about the attempted charges. If I didn't have fraud protection I would have gone through hell trying to get the money back. Great place to stay, and have many times but this time was crazy when the charges attempted to come through and I called to try and see what the issue was.

Entire stay was excellent......Breakfast was the only negative because of one thing......Please take my suggestion very serious....Get rid of the scrambled eggs.....They were horrible......Freeze dried eggs are never any good.......Don't even need to replace them......Some fresh fruit would be excellent.........Please consider.....Was a wonderful experience other then the eggs !...

Above all the breakfast was unmatched to anything I’ve stayed at in awhile! It was updated, filled with a bunch of great food. And the breakfast attendant was amazing with my two year old running around. The room itself was nice as well. Front desk people were always friendly. Hotel is pet friendly which was why we chose this one. Overall would definitely recommend.

My dog is really timid and having the dog area at the end of the local airport was questionable to him. But even then, it’s still a grassy area, and a big park across the street we took him to play fetch

We were in a room next to a family with many kids who had a love of jumping. Normal kid enthusiasm is happy. This was a bit loud near midnight on one night, when they were knocking on the walls, yelling and jumping. I think the noise level being next to the adjoined room was the only neg.

The property is designed to make your stay remarkable. It’s well maintained, rooms where very neat. The staff was very accommodating, particularly I’d like to mention the Kitchen chef, she was very nice and respectful. The hotel has a water dispenser, we did not have purchase water during our stay.

It really isn’t a dislike, but the dining room staff needs to monitor the cleanliness of the food areas. Lots of messes and the gravy spoon was kind of crusty.

the breakfast was amazing. The lady who served the breakfast was wonderful. She was very helpful and patient with the kids. She really reminded me of a sweet Grandma. She really was amazing! front office ladies were nice and helpful too. we were able to get a roll away bed for my Son so he didn’t have to sleep with his Sisters.

hubby really wanted to use the hot tub but it was down. The pool water was kinda cold. kids were chattering their jaws lol. didn’t stop them from wanting to play though.
