The location is very convenient in the tiny hamlet of Sutton - which is mostly a few shops and a few restaurants. Liked the fact that it was a microbrewery which allowed me to explore some of the local Beers. Our Duplex Room was perfect for our kids - with the kids excited to sleep in a quasi-room/quasi-loft. The tiny stream which flowed alongside added to the quaintness.

There was no microwave in the room and one shared MW in the corridor. Considering how cheap MW ovens are - would suggest adding one in each room.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are located above.the brewery where we had an event, so very convenient. The restaurant serves excellent food and the service at our event was amazing. Very clean rooms with coffee unlimited. Had a lovely private terrance. Situated downtown Main Street, close to other establishments in walkable distances.

Reception and services for hotel guest opened during brewery/restaurant hours limited from 11 am to 9pm. Also plan for stairs to access rooms and in lofts.

The location is great. The town is wonderful. The room was cozy. My son loved the bunk beds.

The bathroom was separate from the bedroom as was the shower. So we had to have the key if you wanted to go into the shower or into the bathroom (they were not attached). We found this a bit inconvenient. But overall, the place was clean.

close to the town centre with plenty of free parking and the use of a kitchen and outdoor terrace really nice

the bathroom was private but accessed from the hallway outside of the bedroom , which was a minor inconvenience having to remember to take the key when you needed the bathroom. also the bathroom was a very compact wet room so you needed to be careful when showering not to get your clothes wet!

The unit was just excellent! Very cool decor & comfortable beds. Clean. Super location.

The lady that checked us in was too busy on the ‘phone to be helpful & then we never saw her again in a 2 day stay. Their restaurant & pub was closed due to staffing shortages, which was not her fault, but we were not given correct information about alternatives to eat at. It would have been better to have a little bar to sort out food on in the unit & some proper information about where to get meals since their restaurant was unexpectedly closed.

The location was great. In a lovely village, close to skiing. Could walk to restaurants and shops. Very pleasant staff. Meals available some nights, not until Thursday. Good French restaurant across the street.

They did not provide any housekeeping during our stay. We had to track down staff to obtain fresh coffee cups and coffee pods, toilet paper.

What a neat two-story room with a neat Bohemian/modern combination of style. Comfy and vintage-looking furniture with a great view of the river right outside the room. Excellent location right in central Sutton, walkable to everything in town. And the beer in the fridge is a great addition for days when the restaurant/brewery is closed! The restaurant/brewery was also very good, but was closed 2 of the days we were there.

I would have liked more lighting, particularly under the stairs where the tea/coffee/fridge area is. I had to use the flashlight on my phone as it got very dim in our room.

Wonderful staff in a great location in town, everything within a few minutes walk. Nice to have the restaurant and brewery right downstairs.

My only complaint and this seems To be a trend is the coffee machine if for a little espresso. Would have preferred a real coffee machine.

The room had a very layout, it was very quiet, loved the terrace

Check-in was slightly complicated, almost like they weren’t really expecting us (despite our reservation)
