Privacy!! The room that was given to us was very close to the office and very very quiet for the most part ! We also like the fact that if your a few minutes late on booking your room they give you the time to get it handled !! The new owners are most definitely working to improve the entire motel for the good. My wife and I did stay here last year around October if I remember correctly still the past owner at that time . They seemed to not care who he was renting rooms to as long as he gets paid unfortunately!! The new owners do seem to genuinely care not just about the property but the seem to also care about the people renting the rooms as well !! They always ask if everything is ok or if we need anything else!!!

Although it is tucked right in the middle of Mesa where it can be or seem like a concern, it's not. It was peaceful,well kept and property management and owners gave me a real sense of easy going and care about there patrons. It's so very close to just about all places and attractions near by in all directions with access to the major shopping centers. Near both the US-60 and the US 202. I would highly recommend this Suites for not only great value but, a place to kick your feet up and power down from stressful hindering and just relax.

Just leaving... It's always a welcoming when I come back through. American Executive Suites is in my Prebooking before coming back because missing out here to get a room is second to none.

The guy's who run the hotel are very nice and accomaditaing. Great place to stay very quiet and mattresses are brand new memory foam. We were there for about 6 months and never had any issues. The family room was great because it had a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I would have no problem referring tethered or staying there again. This is our 2nd time staying there. The prices are great for what you get. I would decently give it a 4.5 star rating.

Too many mirrors one lamp didn't work low light not enough smoking rooms to pick from and the executive king room online it has a kitchen in the picture but when you get the room it doesn't have it and there's a jacuzzi in the room but it was never told to us or it wasn't online. Never even knew it was in there until we got in the room but it looked like it wasn't cleaned.

I like how quiet it is and affordable.

I do not smoke so I booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled like cigarette smoke from the previous guest but it was tolerable. Other than that I have no complaints. I needed a place to stay and I was very much accommodated.

The room had lots of space.it had a bedroom.a living room and in the living room there was another bed but it doesn't say that online and online it says deluxe room not two bedrooms

Well it could use some curtains and maybe something to cover the lights go on the top could use some caulking to patch up some of the holes in the room

Everything I stay here it's always a great experience the staff are always friendly never rude I will always continue to stay at their hotel. I love the fact it's always quiet and there's no drug addicts hanging outside. Staying there makes you feel like you have your own apartment.

I can't complain everything was perfect.

The room had not been cleaned, I walked to the office and was placed in a larger upgraded suite for no additional cost. The management team were fast to transfer my card key and to offer an apology.

Not having a free or even a payed option for breakfast.

Quite comfortable.

I have a health condition that says swimming is good exercise for, unfortunately it inflames it. The pools well kept and the amenities are 👍 James.

The staff was excellent I got checked in right away and didn't have to wait I locked my keys a couple of times and they were really kind of unlock the door for me so I would say I had a great time the pool was excellent the room was excellent

No complaints I liked it everything was great everybody was great I had no complains at all I would probably stay over another night if I wanted to
